Description
図1(d)に示す機械加工では、電子ビーム時の溶接先端を含めて除去される。溶接先端にはブローホールが形成されやすいが、この部分を含めて除去されるので、溶接部の健全性が確保される。
また、本実施例は、未溶接部分がないので、強度に優れる蒸気タービン動翼が得られる。また、翼部1と防食片2の双方の開先形状が直線状となるので、開先形状の形成が容易であるという効果も得られる。
本実施例では、電子ビーム出口側である開先裏面に設けられる溶け落ち防止機構として翼部1の素材の一部を利用している。本実施例では、翼部1の素材における防食片2との接合部がL字型に形成されている。翼部1のL字型の突出し部(台座)にシム3、防食片2を取り付ける。このL字型の突出し部が、溶け落ち防止機構の役割を果たす。この他、実施例1と同様であり、電子ビーム溶接後、翼部1のL字型突き出し部の除去を含めて、目標の動翼形状となるように機械加工が施工される。
本実施例においても基本的に実施例1と同様な効果が得られる。
本実施例では、電子ビーム出口側である開先裏面に設けられる溶け落ち防止機構として防食片2の素材の一部を利用している。本実施例では、防食片2の素材における翼部1との接合部がL字型に形成されている。翼部1に、シム3、L字型の突出し部(台座)を有する防食片2を取り付ける。このL字型の突出し部が、溶け落ち防止機構の役割を果たす。この他、実施例1と同様であり、電子ビーム溶接後、防食片2のL字型突き出し部の除去を含めて、目標の動翼形状となるように機械加工が施工される。
本実施例においても基本的に実施例1と同様な効果が得られる。

Claims (4)
- タービン動翼の先端部の翼部の前縁側にシムを介して防食片を電子ビーム溶接により接続する防食片を備えた蒸気タービン動翼の製造方法であって、
前記電子ビーム溶接前の前記タービン動翼の先端部の翼部、前記シム及び前記防食片は最終的な蒸気タービン動翼の形状に対して板厚が大きく形成されており、
前記翼部、前記防食片、前記電子ビーム溶接時に前記翼部と前記防食片の間に設置される前記シムの何れかの素材の一部を、前記電子ビーム溶接時の溶融金属の溶け落ち防止の裏当てとして利用し、
前記電子ビーム溶接として下向き電子ビーム溶接による1層溶接を行い、
前記電子ビーム溶接後に、機械加工により前記翼部の一部、前記シムの一部、前記防食片の一部及び前記裏当て部分の除去を含めて最終的な蒸気タービン動翼の形状にすることを特徴とする防食片を備えた蒸気タービン動翼の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の防食片を備えた蒸気タービン動翼の製造方法において、
前記裏当てとして前記シムの素材の一部を利用することを特徴とする防食片を備えた蒸気タービン動翼の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の防食片を備えた蒸気タービン動翼の製造方法において、
