比較例においては、親水性溶液を混合するのではなく、酸化反応だけでコーティング層を形成した。本比較例において反応に必要な物質と濃度をそれぞれ表3に示す。
Claims (2)
- 分離膜と、
前記分離膜の耐汚染性と耐化学性を向上させるように前記分離膜の表面に形成されるコーティング層とを含み、
前記コーティング層は、
前記コーティング層のコーティング前後の前記分離膜の透過流量の減少を抑制するように前記コーティング層の厚さを0.1〜50nmのナノスケールで実現し、前記分離膜との安定した結合のための吸着力を前記コーティング層に付与するドーパミンと、
前記コーティング層の耐久性の低下を抑制するように架橋結合により前記ドーパミンと結合され、前記分離膜を疎水性汚染物質から保護するように前記分離膜の表面に親水性を付与する親水性素材とを含み、
架橋結合により前記ドーパミンと結合される前記親水性素材は、ポリエチレングリコールジアクリレート(poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate, PEGDA)、ポリエチレングリコールメチルエーテルアクリレート(poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether acrylate, PEGMEA)、ポリエチレングリコールアクリレート(poly(ethylene glycol) acrylate, PEGA)、ポリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(poly(ethylene glycol) dimethacrylate, PEGDMA)及びテトラエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(tetra(ethylene glycol) dimethacrylate, TEGDM)の少なくとも1つを含む、表面改質分離膜。 - 表面を改質する分離膜を反応器に投入する段階と、
ドーパミンが反応するpH範囲に調整されたトリス緩衝液に親水性素材を添加して攪拌することで形成された混合溶液を前記反応器に添加する段階と、
所定の温度範囲でドーパミン、及び前記親水性素材と前記ドーパミンの架橋結合を誘導する開始剤を前記反応器に添加する段階と、
前記反応器に酸素を注入しながら前記所定の温度範囲で熱架橋により前記分離膜に前記ドーパミン及び前記親水性素材が混合されたコーティング層を形成する段階とを含み、
架橋結合により前記ドーパミンと結合される前記親水性素材は、ポリエチレングリコールジアクリレート(poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate, PEGDA)、ポリエチレングリコールメチルエーテルアクリレート(poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether acrylate, PEGMEA)、ポリエチレングリコールアクリレート(poly(ethylene glycol) acrylate, PEGA)、ポリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(poly(ethylene glycol) dimethacrylate, PEGDMA)及びテトラエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(tetra(ethylene glycol) dimethacrylate, TEGDM)の少なくとも1つを含み、
前記開始剤は、過酸化ラウロイル(lauroyl peroxide)、過硫酸アンモニウム(ammonium persulfate)、過硫酸カリウム(potassium persulfate)及びAIBN(azobisisobutyronitrile)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つであり、
前記ドーパミンが反応するpH範囲はpH8〜pH9であり、
前記所定の温度範囲は60〜80℃である、分離膜の表面改質方法。
