Description
本出願は、2013年11月21日提出の「輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品の製造方法及び輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品」という発明の名称の中国特許出願第201310594320.X号の優先権を主張し、その開示全体を参照によりここに組み入れるものである。
輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材100と、
輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材100の側辺に近い輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材100の表面に付着した弾性体110と、
側辺に位置して弾性体110を取り囲む封止部材120と、
を含む、輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品を提供する。
輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材200と、
輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材200の側辺に近い輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材200の表面に付着した弾性体210と、
側辺に位置して弾性体210を取り囲む封止部材220と、
を含み、封止部材220が、弾性体210を取り囲む硬質プラスチック層221と、硬質プラスチック層221の少なくとも一部を覆う軟質プラスチック層222とを含む、輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品が提供される。
本発明の典型的な態様としては、以下を挙げることができる:
《態様1》
輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品を製造するための方法であって、
輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材と弾性体とを用意すること、
該輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材の側辺に近い該輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材の表面に該弾性体を付着させること、及び、
封止部材を形成するための射出成形処理を該弾性体の溶融温度よりも低い射出成形温度で実施すること、
を含む、輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品の製造方法。
《態様2》
前記弾性体が多孔質である、態様1に記載の方法。
《態様3》
前記弾性体が、トリフェニルホスフェート、加硫ゴム、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエンモノマーゴム、又はポリウレタンを含む、態様1又は2に記載の方法。
《態様4》
前記封止部材の厚さに対する前記弾性体の厚さの比率が20%以下である、態様1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
《態様5》
前記弾性体と前記輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材の外縁部との間の直線距離が4mm以上である、態様1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
《態様6》
前記封止部材を形成するための射出成形処理の実施が、
硬質プラスチック層を形成するため射出成形処理を実施すること、及び、
該硬質プラスチック層の少なくとも一部上に軟質プラスチック層を形成するため射出成形処理を実施すること、
を含む、態様1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
《態様7》
前記弾性体を、アクリル感圧接着剤又はシリコーン感圧接着剤で前記輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材の表面に付着させる、態様1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
《態様8》
前記輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材が有機ガラス、ポリ塩化ビニル又は無機ガラスを含む、態様1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
《態様9》
輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品であって、
輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材と、
該輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材の側辺の近くの該輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材の表面に付着した弾性体と、
該側辺に位置して該弾性体を取り囲む封止部材と、
を含む、輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品。
《態様10》
前記弾性体が多孔質である、態様9に記載の輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品。
《態様11》
前記弾性体が、トリフェニルホスフェート、加硫ゴム、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエンモノマーゴム又はポリウレタンを含む、態様9又は10に記載の輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品。
《態様12》
前記封止部材の厚さに対する前記弾性体の厚さの比率が20%以下である、態様9〜11のいずれか1つに記載の輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品。
《態様13》
前記弾性体と前記輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材の外縁部との間の直線距離が4mm以上である、態様9〜12のいずれか1つに記載の輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品。
《態様14》
前記封止部材が、
前記弾性体を取り囲む硬質プラスチック層と、
該硬質プラスチック層の少なくとも一部を覆う軟質プラスチック層と、
を含む、態様9〜13のいずれか1つに記載の輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品。
《態様15》
前記弾性体が、アクリル感圧接着剤又はシリコーン感圧接着剤で前記輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材の表面に付着している、態様9〜14のいずれか1つに記載の輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品。
《態様16》
前記輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材が有機ガラス、ポリ塩化ビニル又は無機ガラスを含む、態様9〜15のいずれか1つに記載の輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品。
Claims (14)
- 輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品を製造するための方法であって、
輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材と弾性体とを用意すること、
該輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材の側辺に近い該輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材の表面に該弾性体を付着させること、及び、
封止部材を形成するための射出成形処理を該弾性体の溶融温度よりも低い射出成形温度で実施すること、
を含み、前記弾性体と前記輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材の外縁部との間の直線距離が4mm以上である、輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品の製造方法。 - 前記弾性体が多孔質である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記弾性体が、トリフェニルホスフェート、加硫ゴム、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエンモノマーゴム、又はポリウレタンを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記封止部材の厚さに対する前記弾性体の厚さの比率が20%以下である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記封止部材を形成するための射出成形処理の実施が、
硬質プラスチック層を形成するため射出成形処理を実施すること、及び、
該硬質プラスチック層の少なくとも一部上に軟質プラスチック層を形成するため射出成形処理を実施すること、
を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 - 前記弾性体を、アクリル感圧接着剤又はシリコーン感圧接着剤で前記輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材の表面に付着させる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材が有機ガラス、ポリ塩化ビニル又は無機ガラスを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品であって、
輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材と、
該輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材の側辺の近くの該輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材の表面に付着した弾性体と、
該側辺に位置して該弾性体を取り囲む封止部材と、
を含み、前記弾性体と前記輸送手段用ウィンドウ基材の外縁部との間の直線距離が4mm以上である、輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品。 - 前記弾性体が多孔質である、請求項8に記載の輸送手段用ウィンドウ構成部品。

- 前記封止部材が、
