Claims (8)
- 基板上に第1電極を形成する工程と、
前記第1電極上に前記第1電極の所定の部分を露出させるように開口部を有する画素定義膜を形成する工程と、
前記画素定義膜および前記開口部を通じて、露出された前記第1電極上に電荷伝達層を形成する工程と、
前記電荷伝達層の露出された表面全体を、フッ素化合物を含む反応ガス雰囲気下でプラズマまたは紫外線を発生させ、生成したフッ化物イオンを前記電荷伝達層の表面に結合させることにより疎水化する工程と、
前記疎水化する工程の後に、前記電荷伝達層の露出された表面のうち、前記開口部に対応する表面を親水化する工程(ただし、光触媒を用いて親水化する工程を除く)と、
前記電荷伝達層上に有機発光層を形成する工程と、
前記有機発光層と電気的に連結されるように第2電極を形成する工程と、
を含み、
前記親水化する工程は、紫外線レーザーを利用して、前記開口部に対応する領域に紫外線レーザービームを照射する工程を含み、かつ、前記開口部に対応するサイズに集光された紫外線レーザービームをスキャニングしながら照射する工程を含む有機発光表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記有機発光層は、前記電荷伝達層上に前記開口部と対応するように形成される、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記電荷伝達層は、正孔輸送層および正孔注入層の少なくとも一方を備える、請求項1または2に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記疎水化する工程は、フッ素化合物ガス雰囲気下でプラズマまたは紫外線を利用する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記フッ素化合物はCF4を含む、請求項4に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記親水化する工程は、前記電荷伝達層の露出された表面のうち、前記開口部の底面および内側面に対応する表面を親水化する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記親水化する工程は、大気雰囲気下または窒素ガス雰囲気下で行う請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記有機発光層を形成する工程は、ノズルプリンティング法を利用する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
