Description
電池パック熱管理システムであって、加熱分岐路、冷却分岐路、及び電池パックチューブ路を備える。
Claims (9)
- 電池パック熱管理システムであって、加熱分岐路、冷却分岐路、電池パックチューブ路を備え、
前記加熱分岐路と前記冷却分岐路とは、それぞれ前記電池パックチューブ路に接続し、かつ前記加熱分岐路と前記冷却分岐路とは並列接続して設置され、切り替えることができ、
前記加熱分岐路には、外部高温設備の冷却液管により熱を吸収するための第1熱交換器が設けられ、
前記電池パック熱管理システムは、さらに外部注入液チューブ路を備え、前記外部注入液チューブ路の一端部には注入口が設けられ、前記第1熱交換器と前記外部注入液チューブ路との間には熱交換を行うことができることを特徴とする電池パック熱管理システム。 - 前記加熱分岐路には、さらに電熱器が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック熱管理システム。
- 前記電熱器には、外部電源に接続するための接続端が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池パック熱管理システム。
- 前記電熱器と前記第1熱交換器とは並列接続して設けられ、切り替えることができることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池パック熱管理システム。
- 前記電熱器と前記第1熱交換器とは直列接続して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池パック熱管理システム。
- 前記冷却分岐路には、放熱器が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック熱管理システム。
- さらに単独のクーラユニットを備え、前記冷却分岐路には、前記独立のクーラユニットと熱交換を行うための第2熱交換器が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック熱管理システム。
- 前記加熱分岐路、前記冷却分岐路、及び前記電池パックチューブ路はスリーウェイバルブにより接続されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック熱管理システム。
- 前記スリーウェイバルブは電磁スリーウェイバルブであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池パック熱管理システム。
