Claims (7)
- 一つの層の両面に接着機能を有する接着層と、前記接着層の両面に備えられていた保護フィルムのいずれか一方の面の保護フィルムが除去されて露出した前記接着層の表面に形成されたUVコーティング層と、を備え、
前記UVコーティング層の一部に、文字、模様のいずれかの一つ以上を示す印刷層または外部の光を散乱させる蒸着層が形成されていることを特徴とする接着部材。 - 一つの層の両面に接着機能を有する接着層と、前記接着層の両面に備えられていた保護フィルムのいずれか一方の面の保護フィルムが除去されて露出した前記接着層の表面に形成されたUVコーティング層と、を備え、前記UVコーティング層の一部に、文字、模様のいずれかの一つ以上を示す印刷層が形成されている接着部材と;
前記印刷層の上面に形成された印刷保護層と;
を含み、
前記接着層の他方の面の保護フィルムが選択的に除去されてウィンドウに付着されていることを特徴とする、接着部材を備えたタッチスクリーンディスプレイユニット。 - 一つの層の両面に接着機能を有する接着層と、前記接着層の両面に備えられていた保護フィルムのいずれか一方の面の保護フィルムが除去されて露出した前記接着層の表面に形成されたUVコーティング層と、を備え、前記UVコーティング層の一部に外部の光を散乱させる蒸着層が形成されている接着部材と;
前記蒸着層の上面に形成された文字、模様のいずれかの一つ以上を示す印刷層と;
前記印刷層の上面に形成された印刷保護層と;
を含み、
前記接着層の他方の面の保護フィルムが選択的に除去されてウィンドウに付着されていることを特徴とする、接着部材を備えたタッチスクリーンディスプレイユニット。 - 前記蒸着層が形成されている箇所の前記UVコーティング層の表面が、波模様などのパターンの形状となっていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の接着部材を備えたタッチスクリーン用ディスプレイユニット。
- 前記印刷層は、複数の層で構成されることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の接着部材を備えたタッチスクリーン用ディスプレイユニット。
- 一つの層の両面に接着機能を有する接着層の両面に保護フィルムが備えられている部材を用意し、
前記接着層のいずれか一方の面の保護フィルムを除去する工程と、
前記保護フィルムが除去されて露出した前記接着層の表面にUVコーティング層を形成する工程と、
前記UVコーティング層の一部に、文字、模様のいずれかの一つ以上を示す印刷層または外部の光を散乱させる蒸着層を形成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする接着部材の製造方法。 - 一つの層の両面に接着機能を有する接着層の両面に保護フィルムが備えられている部材を用意し、
前記接着層のいずれか一方の面の保護フィルムを除去する工程と、
前記保護フィルムが除去されて露出した前記接着層の表面にUVコーティング層を形成する工程と、
前記UVコーティング層の一部に、文字、模様のいずれかの一つ以上を示す印刷層または外部の光を散乱させる蒸着層を形成する工程と、
前記印刷層の上面に印刷保護層を形成する工程と、
前記接着層の他方の面の保護フィルムを選択的に除去してウィンドウに付着させる工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする接着部材を備えたタッチスクリーン用ディスプレイユニットの製造方法。
