Description
本発明の第1の実施形態について、図1乃至図10を参照して説明する。処置システム11は、処置対象部位として例えば、肩、膝、肘等の関節の処置に用いられる。より具体的には、図1に示すように、処置システム11は、関節における第1の骨12と第2の骨13との間の処置に用いられる。処置システム11は、処置具14と、処置具14を動作させるための電源ユニット37と、関節鏡15を含む内視鏡装置16と、を備える。
図15から図17を参照して、第2実施形態の処置システム11について説明する。第2実施形態の処置システム11は、第2絶縁部材33に第2切欠部71が設けられる点で第1の実施形態のものと異なっているが、他の部分は第1実施形態と共通している。このため、主として第1実施形態と異なる部分について説明し、第1実施形態と共通する部分については図示或いは説明を省略する。
図19から図21を参照して、第3実施形態の処置システム11について説明する。第3実施形態の処置システム11は、プローブ27の先端部がシース28の突出部56の先端よりも突出している点で第2の実施形態のものと異なっているが、他の部分は第2実施形態と共通している。このため、主として第1実施形態と異なる部分について説明し、第2実施形態と共通する部分については図示或いは説明を省略する。
図22から図24を参照して、第4実施形態の処置システム11について説明する。第4実施形態の処置システム11は、シース28の突出部56の先端がプローブ27の先端部よりも突出している点で第2の実施形態のものと異なっているが、他の部分は第2実施形態と共通している。このため、主として第1実施形態と異なる部分について説明し、第2実施形態と共通する部分については図示或いは説明を省略する。
Claims (12)
- 導電性の液体で満たされた環境下で使用される処置具であって、
超音波振動により処置対象部位を切削する先端部を有すると共に、前記先端部をバイポーラ電極における一方の極として機能させるプローブと、
前記プローブを取り囲む中空のシースと、
前記シースの先端側における一部の領域を除いて前記シースを覆う絶縁部材と、
を備え、
前記一部の領域は、前記バイポーラ電極における他方の極として機能し、
前記プローブの前記先端部は、前記処置対象部位と接触する処置部と、前記処置部とは反対側に設けられた背部と、前記処置部と前記背部との間の位置に設けられた側部と、を備え、
前記絶縁部材は、前記シースの内周面を覆う第1絶縁部材と、前記シースの外周面を覆う第2絶縁部材と、を備え、
前記シースは、
前記背部を覆うように突出した突出部と、
前記プローブの前記処置部および前記側部を露出するように切り欠かれた切欠部と、
を有し、
前記プローブの延びている方向と交差する面で切断した断面において、前記切欠部が規定する面と前記第2絶縁部材の外周面とが交わる位置にある角部のなす角が鈍角をなす処置具。 - 前記プローブの前記先端部は、前記プローブの延びている方向に関して、前記シースの前記突出部の先端よりも突出している請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記シースの前記突出部の先端は、前記プローブの延びている方向に関して、前記プローブの前記先端部よりも突出している請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記シースの先端部に対して前記プローブの前記先端部の位置を調整できる構造を備える請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記第2絶縁部材は、前記シースの外周面の一部を露出させる第2切欠部を有する請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記プローブと前記第1絶縁部材との間に介在され、前記プローブの基端側に前記液体が浸入することを阻止するリング状のシール部材を備える請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記シール部材は、前記第1絶縁部材と当接する当接面と、前記当接面から窪むとともに前記第1絶縁部材と前記当接面との間に浸入した前記液体を内部に貯留できる溝部と、を有する請求項6に記載の処置具。
- 前記シール部材は、ゴム状の弾性を有するとともに前記プローブの基端方向側に行くにつれて前記プローブの半径方向に関する厚み寸法が大きくなる請求項6に記載の処置具。
- 前記溝部は、前記プローブの延びている方向に対して斜めに延びており、
前記シール部材は、封止片を有し、前記封止片は、前記溝部と前記第1絶縁部材との間の位置で前記溝部の周囲の一部を規定するとともに鋭角をなした請求項7に記載の処置具。 - 前記溝部は、前記プローブを中心とするらせん状に延びており、
前記シール部材は、壁部を有し、当該壁部は、前記らせん状の溝部の前記プローブの基端側の端部を閉塞する請求項7に記載の処置具。 - 前記シースは、先端方向側に設けられ基端方向側の部分よりも直径が小さくなった小径部を有し、当該小径部に前記突出部および前記切欠部が設けられる請求項1に記載の処置具。
