Description
本発明の第1の実施形態について、図1乃至図10を参照して説明する。図1に示すように、処置システム11は、例えば、肩、膝、肘等において、第1の骨12と第2の骨13との間の関節の処置に用いられる。処置システム11は、超音波処置装置14と、内視鏡装置15と、関節鏡19を備える。
では、シース33の中心軸C(長手軸C)からシース33の外周面までの距離は、最も短くなっている。一方、長径Lおよびその近傍に対応する部分である第2部分62では、シース33の中心軸C(長手軸C)からシース33の外周面までの距離は、最も長くなる。
図20、図21を参照して、第2実施形態の処置システム11について説明する。第2実施形態の処置システム11は、シース33の外周面にバルーンなどの膨張部材51が取り付けられている点で第1の実施形態のものと異なっているが、他の部分は第1実施形態と共通している。このため、主として第1実施形態と異なる部分について説明し、第1実施形態と共通する部分については図示或いは説明を省略する。
図22、図23を参照して、第3実施形態の処置システム11について説明する。第3実施形態の処置システム11は、ダイレータ52が設けられている点で第1の実施形態のものと異なっているが、他の部分は第1実施形態と共通している。このため、主として第1実施形態と異なる部分について説明し、第1実施形態と共通する部分については図示或いは説明を省略する。
超音波振動により骨を処置可能なプローブと、
前記プローブを取り囲む中空のシースであって、中心軸からの距離が小さい第1部分と、前記中心軸からの距離が前記第1部分よりも大きい第2部分と、を有するシースと、
を備えるプローブユニットを用いた手術方法であって、
前記骨と前記骨に対向する生体組織との間に前記第1部分が位置するように前記骨と前記生体組織との間に前記シースを挿入し、
前記骨と前記生体組織との間に第2部分が位置するように前記骨と前記生体組織との間で前記シースを回転させ、その状態で前記プローブによって前記骨を処置する手術方法。
超音波振動により骨を処置可能なプローブと、
前記プローブを取り囲む中空のシースと、
前記シースと前記骨との間に介在される膨張部材と、
を備えるプローブユニットを用いた手術方法であって、
前記骨と前記生体組織との間に前記シースを挿入し、
前記骨と前記生体組織との間の間隔を広げるように前記膨張部材を膨張させ、その状態で前記プローブによって前記骨を処置する手術方法。
超音波振動により骨を処置可能なプローブと、
前記プローブを取り囲む中空のシースと、
前記シース内部に収納された第1位置と、前記シース内部から突出した第2位置と、の間で移動可能な線状のダイレータと、
を備えるプローブユニットを用いた手術方法であって、
前記骨および前記骨に対向する生体組織の近傍に前記シースを配置した後、
前記ダイレータを前記第2位置にして前記骨と前記骨に対向する生体組織との間の隙間を広げ、その状態で前記プローブによって前記骨を処置する手術方法。
Claims (15)
- 超音波振動により骨を処置可能なプローブと、
前記プローブを取り囲む中空のシースであって、中心軸からの距離が小さい第1部分と、前記中心軸からの距離が前記第1部分よりも大きい第2部分と、を有するシースと、
前記骨と前記骨に対向する生体組織との間に前記第1部分が位置するように前記骨と前記生体組織との間に挿入された第1位置と、前記骨と前記生体組織との間に前記第2部分が位置するように前記骨と前記生体組織との間に挿入された第2位置と、の間で前記シースを前記プローブに対して回転可能なノブ部と、
を備えるプローブユニット。 - 前記シースにおける少なくとも先端側の断面形状が、楕円形である請求項1に記載のプローブユニット。
- 前記シースは、テーパー部を備え、前記テーパー部は、前記シースの先端側に設けられるとともに前記シースの先端に近づくにつれて直径が小さくなる請求項2のプローブユニット。
- 前記ノブ部は、前記シースの直径よりも大きい直径を有する請求項3のプローブユニット。
- 前記プローブの長手軸方向に沿った前記テーパー部の長さは、前記テーパー部の先端における直径よりも大きい請求項4に記載のプローブユニット。
- 前記テーパー部の表面は、前記シースの先端に近づくにつれて前記プローブの長手軸と平行になるようにカーブしている請求項5に記載のプローブユニット。
- 前記テーパー部は、溝部を有し、前記溝部は、前記プローブの長手軸方向と交差する方向に延びる請求項3に記載のプローブユニット。
- 前記テーパー部は、溝部を有し、前記溝部は、前記プローブの長手軸を中心に放射状に延びる請求項3に記載のプローブユニット。
- 前記テーパー部は、溝部を有し、前記溝部は、前記プローブの長手軸を中心にらせん状に延びる請求項3に記載のプローブユニット。
- 前記テーパー部は、隆起部を有し、前記隆起部は、前記テーパー部の本体部分から前記プローブの長手軸から遠ざかる方向に隆起する請求項3に記載のプローブユニット。
- 前記プローブは、前記テーパー部の先端に取り付けられて前記テーパー部の先端を覆う樹脂製の生体組織保護部材を有する請求項3に記載のプローブユニット。
- 超音波振動により骨を処置可能なプローブと、
前記プローブを取り囲む中空のシースと、
前記シースと前記骨との間に介在されるとともに、前記骨と前記骨に対向する生体組織との間の間隔を広げるように膨張可能な膨張部材と、
を備えるプローブユニット。 - 超音波振動により骨を処置可能なプローブと、
前記プローブを取り囲む中空のシースと、
前記シース内部に収納された第1位置と、前記シース内部から突出して前記骨と前記骨に対向する生体組織との間の隙間を広げた第2位置と、の間で移動可能な線状のダイレータと、
を備えるプローブユニット。 - 請求項1に記載のプローブユニットと、
前記プローブユニットに超音波振動を伝達する振動子ユニットと、
前記振動子ユニットを支持するとともに、ユーザに把持される把持部と、
を備える処置具。 - 請求項14に記載の処置具と、
前記振動子ユニットに電力を供給する電源ユニットと、
を備える処置システム。
