Claims (9)
- 印刷原紙(1)の上に印刷部(2a)付き印刷層(2)を形成するステップと、
前記印刷部(2a)の形状に倣って印刷ライン(4)を形成するステップと、
前記印刷部(2a)の上部にエポキシ凹凸部(3)が形成されるように、前記印刷ライン(4)の内側にエポキシ印刷を行うステップと、
を含み、
前記エポキシ印刷が、前記印刷ライン(4)から内側に向かって0.03〜0.1mmの間隔を隔てて行われることを特徴とするエポキシステッカーの製造方法。 - 前記印刷ライン(4)が、シリコン40〜60重量%及びインキ希釈剤40〜60重量%を含むシリコンインキにより印刷され、前記エポキシ凹凸部(3)は、エポキシインキにより印刷されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエポキシステッカーの製造方法。
- 前記印刷ライン(4)が、0.01〜1mmの高さで印刷されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエポキシステッカーの製造方法。
- 前記印刷ライン(4)が、前記印刷部(2a)の形状の外側に沿って形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエポキシステッカーの製造方法。
- 前記印刷部(2a)の形状に倣って印刷ライン(4)を形成するステップ前に、エポキシインキが上手く伸展されるように、前記印刷層(2)の上にコーティング層(5)を形成するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエポキシステッカーの製造方法。
- 印刷原紙(1)と、
前記印刷原紙の上に形成される印刷部(2a)付き印刷層(2)と、
前記印刷部(2a)の形状に倣って形成された印刷ライン(4)と、
前記印刷ライン(4)の内側に印刷されたエポキシ凹凸部(3)と、
を備え、
前記印刷層(2)の上にコーティング層(5)がさらに形成されることを特徴とするエポキシステッカー。 - 前記印刷ライン(4)は、シリコン40〜60重量%及びインキ希釈剤40〜60重量%を含むシリコンインキにより印刷されたものであり、前記エポキシ凹凸部(3)は、エポキシインキにより印刷されたものであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエポキシステッカー。
- 前記印刷ライン(4)が、0.01〜1mmの高さを有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエポキシステッカー。
- 前記印刷ライン(4)が、前記印刷部(2a)の形状の外側に沿って形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエポキシステッカー。
