Description
本実施形態によれば、内径寸法が極めて小さい中空構造の穂先竿60を実現することができる。これにより、従来のソリッド穂先より軽く、且つ従来のチューブラー穂先よりもしなやかな穂先竿60を得ることができる。

Claims (6)
- 軸方向に沿って延びる炭素繊維が集束されることにより筒状体に形成され、当該筒の内径寸法が0.3mm〜0.6mmである穂先竿。
- 前記筒状体の外周面に炭素繊維強化樹脂が巻回されている請求項1に記載の穂先竿。
- 筒形状の穂先竿の製造方法であって、
直径が0.3mm〜0.6mmの線材の周りに、当該線材の軸方向に沿って延びる炭素繊維を集束して集束体を得る工程と、
熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させた前記集束体を加熱金型から引き抜いて引抜成形体を得る工程と、
前記引抜成形体から前記線材を除去して筒状体を得る工程と、を含む穂先竿の製造方法。 - 外周面にカーボンプリプレグが巻回された前記筒状体を焼成して焼成体を得る工程をさらに含む請求項3に記載の穂先竿の製造方法。
- 前記筒状体又は前記焼成体の外周面をテーパ加工する工程をさらに含む請求項3又は4に記載の穂先竿の製造方法。
- 前記線材は、Ni−Ti合金で形成されている請求項3から5のいずれかに記載の穂先竿の製造方法。
