Description
図1のような構成を有するハイブリッド自動車では、エンジン10をMG20でアシストして走行する場合には、クラッチK0およびK2が係合されているので、エンジン10の回転速度とMG20の回転速度とは等しくなる。
車速がゼロから上昇していくと、図中の太線で示したように、まず自動変速機34は当初第1速に設定され、回転軸31の回転速度は、Ngmaxを超えてNemaxに到達する。この過程で回転速度がNgmaxに到達する手前(点P1付近)で、クラッチK2が開放されMG20が回転軸31から切離される。
本実施の形態では、図2に示したように、モータジェネレータ切り離しの回転速度Nswを、アップシフト後のエンジン回転速度よりも低い回転速度に設定している。このようにしてMG切離し領域Bを適用すると、図2の太線に示したように車速が増加しても、クラッチK2の係合、解放を繰り返すハンチングは発生しなくなり、車両のショックの抑制やクラッチK2の寿命低下を予防をすることができる。
Claims (5)
- 車両の駆動装置であって、
エンジンと、
モータジェネレータと、
第1回転軸および第2回転軸と、
前記第1回転軸と前記第2回転軸との間に設けられた変速機と、
前記第2回転軸に連結された駆動輪と、
前記エンジンと前記第1回転軸との間の動力伝達を遮断可能な第1クラッチと、
前記モータジェネレータと前記第1回転軸との間の動力伝達を遮断可能な第2クラッチと、
前記エンジン、前記モータジェネレータ、前記変速機、前記第1クラッチおよび前記第2クラッチの制御を行なう制御装置とを備え、
前記エンジンの上限回転速度は、前記モータジェネレータの上限回転速度よりも高く、
前記制御装置は、前記第1回転軸の回転速度がしきい値より高い場合には、前記第2クラッチを解放し、
前記制御装置は、ドライバの加速要求がある場合には、前記変速機のアップシフト後における前記第1回転軸の回転速度よりも低い回転速度に前記しきい値を低下させる、車両の駆動装置。 - 前記第2クラッチは、ドグ歯を有するクラッチである、請求項1に記載の車両の駆動装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記加速要求がある場合の前記しきい値を、車速が高いほど高く設定する、請求項1に記載の車両の駆動装置。
- 前記制御装置は、ドライバが操作するスイッチまたはシフトレバーの設定に基づいて、前記加速要求の有無を判断する、請求項1に記載の車両の駆動装置。
- 前記制御装置は、アクセル開度が所定値以上となる状態が所定時間経過した場合に、前記加速要求が有ると判断する、請求項1に記載の車両の駆動装置。
