Claims (6)
- それぞれが溝部を有する2本の振動腕部と、
前記2本の振動腕部の間に配置された基部と、
前記2本の振動腕部のそれぞれの基端と前記基部とを連結する連結部と、
前記基部にのみ配された基板実装用のマウント電極と、
を備え、
前記振動腕部の長手方向において、前記振動腕部の基端から先端までの長さをLvとし、前記振動腕部の基端から、前記連結部における前記振動腕部に対して反対側の端までの長さをLcとした場合、
Lc/Lv≧0.1
の関係を満たす圧電振動片。 - 前記連結部は、前記振動腕部に対して反対側に突出する凸部を有し、
前記凸部は、前記振動腕部の長手方向において、前記連結部における前記振動腕部に対して反対側の端を含む
請求項1に記載の圧電振動片。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の圧電振動片と、
前記圧電振動片が実装されるベース部材と、
前記圧電振動片が収容されるキャビティを、前記ベース部材とともに形成するリッド部材と、を備える圧電振動子。 - 請求項3に記載の圧電振動子と、
前記圧電振動子と電気的に接続された集積回路と、を備える発振器。 - 請求項3に記載の圧電振動子を含む計時部を備える電子機器。
- 請求項3に記載の圧電振動子を含むフィルタ部を備える電波時計。
