Description
Claims (7)
- 複合材料で作られた振動重量体(1a、1b)を作る方法であって、
前記振動重量体は、自動巻き式の腕時計の自動巻き機構のアーバーを駆動するように設けられており、
第1の複合材料で作られた中央部(3a、3b、3c)と、及び重い金属粒子でチャージされた第2の複合材料で作られた重い区画(5a、5b、5c)とを有し、
前記中央部及び前記重い区画は、前記中央部に属する実質的に円弧状の側方リブ(17、27、37、47)によって互いに同心的につながれており、
前記側方リブの上の前記中央部の上側縁において、段欠きであるラビット(13、23、33、43)が形成されており、
前記側方リブは、切り欠き部分(21、31、41)がある第1の区画と切り欠き部分がない第2の区画の互い違いのシーケンスを有し、
当該方法は、
型に前記第1の複合材料を注入することによって、前記側方リブ及び前記ラビットで前記中央部(3a、3b、3c)を形成するステップと、及び
前記第2の複合材料によって前記ラビット及び前記側方リブの下のギャップが充填され、前記側方リブが前記第2の複合材料に埋め込まれ、前記中央部及び前記重い区画どうしが相互ロックされるように、前記中央部を含む型に前記第2の複合材料を注入することによって、前記中央部上に前記重い区画(5a、5b、5c)をオーバーモールドするステップと
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記側方リブ(17、27、37、47)は、1mm以下の厚みを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の振動重量体を作る方法。 - 前記側方リブの前記第1の区画はそれぞれ、前記切り欠き部分を形成する凹部を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の振動重量体を作る方法。 - 前記凹部は、窪みによって形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の振動重量体を作る方法。 - 前記凹部は、貫通穴によって形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の振動重量体を作る方法。 - 前記側方リブは、キャッチを有し、
前記キャッチはそれぞれ、前記側方リブの前記第1の区画の1つから延在しており、
前記第1の区画は、長手方向に延在する肩部を有し、
前記第1の区画の1つの切り欠き部分は、前記キャッチと前記肩部の間の内角スペースに形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の振動重量体を作る方法。 - 前記キャッチは、実質的に円筒状のカラムの形をしており、背後側に肩部がある
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の振動重量体を作る方法。
