Claims (13)
- 触媒電極(31、32)を製造するための方法であって、
電気触媒インキをキャリア上に堆積させ、前記インキは、電気触媒材料を含んでおり、及び重合可能な生成物をプロトンの導電性ポリマー内に含んでいる工程と、
前記電気触媒インキを凝固させて電極を形成し、前記形成された電極が1MPaよりも大きな破壊強度を有するように、前記重合可能な生成物の成分及び前記インキ中の前記重合可能な生成物の割合が定義されている工程と、
前記形成された電極と前記キャリアを分離する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 請求項1記載の触媒電極を製造するための方法であって、
前記電気触媒インキ(6)が堆積されたキャリア(4)は、5μmよりも低い粗さを有している、方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の触媒電極を製造するための方法であって、
前記電気触媒インキ(6)が堆積されたキャリア(4)は、20及び60mN/mの間に構成された界面エネルギーを有している、方法。 - 前記請求項のうちのいずれかに記載の触媒電極を製造するための方法であって、
前記堆積した電気触媒インキ(6)は、前記キャリアの界面エネルギーよりも高い表面張力を有している、方法。 - 前記請求項のうちのいずれかに記載の触媒電極を製造するための方法であって、
前記生成された電極が20及び40%の間に構成された多孔率を有するように、前記インキ(6)内における前記重合可能な生成物の割合は定義されている、方法。 - 前記請求項のうちのいずれかに記載の触媒電極を製造するための方法であって、
前記堆積した電気触媒インキ(6)は、メチルセルロースを含み、該メチルセルロースは、重量による割合で、2及び10.5%の間に構成され、又は前記インキの固体含有量の3及び6%の間に構成されている、方法。 - 前記請求項のうちのいずれかに記載の触媒電極を製造するための方法であって、
前記堆積した電気触媒インキ(6)は、電気触媒材料を含み、該電気触媒材料は重量による割合で、前記インキの固体含有量の60及び75%の間に構成されている、方法。 - 前記請求項のうちのいずれかに記載の触媒電極を製造するための方法であって、
前記堆積した電気触媒インキ(6)は、重合可能な生成物を含み、該重合可能な生成物は重量による割合で、前記インキの固体含有量の20及び30%の間に構成されている、方法。 - 前記請求項のうちのいずれかに記載の触媒電極を製造するための方法であって、
前記分離する工程は、前記形成された電極(6)を前記キャリア(4)から剥がすことにより実行される、方法。 - 電気化学セル(1)を製造するための方法であって、
前記請求項のうちのいずれかに記載の方法を用いて、触媒電極(31、32)を製造し、
プロトン交換膜(30)と導電性集電体(35、36)との間に前記触媒電極を挿入する、方法。 - 請求項10記載の製造する方法であって、
前記プロトン交換膜(30)と前記導電性集電体(35、36)との間に前記触媒電極を圧縮することで、前記触媒電極(31、32)をその位置に保持する工程を含む、方法。 - プロトン交換膜(30)と、
導電性集電体(35)と、
電極(31)と、を備え、
前記電極(31)は、前記プロトン交換膜と前記集電体との間に挿入され、前記電極はプロトンの導電性ポリマー及び電気触媒材料を含み、前記電極(31)は1MPaよりも大きな破壊強度を有しており、前記電極の領域の少なくとも95%は前記集電体に機械的に接着されておらず、かつ前記プロトン交換膜に機械的に接着されていない、
ことを特徴とする電気化学セル(1)。 - 請求項12記載の電気化学セルであって、
前記電極(31)は、メチルセルロースを含み、該メチルセルロースは、重量による割合で、2及び10.5%の間に構成されている、電気化学セル。
