Claims (11)
- 繊維強化プラスチック材料から成る吸収体(2)を備えるエネルギー吸収支持構造(1)であって、
前記吸収体(2)は支持構造当接部品(3)及び支持構造衝撃吸収部品(4)の間に配設され、
前記吸収体(2)は前記支持構造当接部品(3)及び前記支持構造衝撃吸収部品(4)の衝撃誘導相対的変位に基づいて開始状態から変形状態までの変形によってエネルギーを吸収するように構成され、
前記エネルギーは衝撃によって前記エネルギー吸収支持構造(1)に導入され、
前記吸収体(2)は、開始状態において、原状態と比較してエネルギー吸収によって既に予変形されている本体として設計され、
前記吸収体(2)は層間剥離によって変形されることを特徴とするエネルギー吸収支持構造。 - 前記吸収体(2)は、層間剥離によって変形される本体として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエネルギー吸収支持構造。
- 前記吸収体(2)は、エネルギー吸収が前記開始状態及び前記変形状態間で前記層間剥離による変形中に行われる形態で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエネルギー吸収支持構造。
- 前記吸収体(2)は、前記吸収体(2)の予変形の前記開始状態となる位置を予め決定するトリガー構造(8)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のエネルギー吸収支持構造。
- 前記トリガー構造(8)は、前記吸収体(2)の端面の面取りとして形成されることを特徴とする請求項4記載のエネルギー吸収支持構造。
- 他の吸収体を備えることで複数個の吸収体(2、5、6)を設け、
前記複数個の吸収体の各々は前記繊維強化プラスチック材料から成り、
前記複数個の吸収体の各々は1つの前記支持構造当接部品(3)と1つの前記支持構造衝撃吸収部品(4)との間に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエネルギー吸収支持構造。 - 前記吸収体(2)は、射出成形接続によって前記支持構造当接部品(3)及び前記支持構造衝撃吸収部品(4)の少なくとも一方に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエネルギー吸収支持構造。
- 前記吸収体(2)を原状態で製造すること、
前記吸収体(2)を開始状態に予変形すること、
前記吸収体(2)を前記支持構造当接部品(3)及び前記支持構造衝撃吸収部品(4)に接続すること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7何れか1項記載の前記エネルギー吸収支持構造(1)の製造方法。 - 前記吸収体(2)は、射出成形によって前記支持構造当接部品(3)及び前記支持構造衝撃吸収部品(4)の少なくとも一方に接続されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の製造方法。
- 前記吸収体(2)の前記予変形は、射出成形金型によって行われることを特徴とする請求項9記載の製造方法。
- 前記開始状態に近接して前記吸収体(2)を予変形するのに必要とされる力(F0)が測定されることを特徴とする請求項8乃至請求項10何れか1項記載の製造方法。
