- 調理物が入れられる内釜と、
前記内釜を振動させる振動発生手段と、を有し、
前記振動発生手段は、
前記内釜の底部と側部とを繋ぐ部分に接触する位置に配置されており、前記内釜との接触面が前記内釜の形状に合わせた曲面形状に構成されている
ことを特徴とした炊飯器。 - 前記内釜を誘導加熱する加熱コイルと、
前記加熱コイルに高周波電流を供給する第一インバータと、
前記振動発生手段に高周波電流を供給する第二インバータと、を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の炊飯器。 - 前記加熱コイルを前記内釜の底部側に設け、
前記振動発生手段は、
前記加熱コイルよりも外側へ設置されている
ことを特徴とした請求項2に記載の炊飯器。 - 前記振動発生手段は、
圧電素子と、
前記圧電素子を挟む金属ブロックと、で構成されている
ことを特徴とした請求項2又は3に記載の炊飯器。 - 前記振動発生手段は、
前記内釜と接触する先端部表面に弾性の振動伝播部材が設置されている
ことを特徴とした請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の炊飯器。 - 前記振動発生手段、前記内釜は、
全ての材質または接触する部品の材質が、音速と密度との積から表される音響インピーダンスが近い材質で構成されている
ことを特徴とした請求項5に記載の炊飯器。
