Claims (18)
- LEDモジュール、
放熱部材及び
前記LEDモジュールと前記放熱部材とを熱伝導的に連結する連結部材を含むLED照明装置であって、
前記放熱部材は、前記LEDモジュールからの光を反射させる反射面を含み、
前記連結部材は、前記LEDモジュールが接続されるモジュール装着部を含み、前記モジュール装着部の一側端には、前記放熱部材に熱伝導的かつ機構的に連結される主連結部が形成され、
前記モジュール装着部の他側端には、前記LED照明装置の一部に固定された支持部に連結される補強連結部が形成される
ことを特徴とするLED照明装置。 - 上部カバーと、前記上部カバーに結合される透光性カバーと、をさらに含み、前記上部カバーと前記透光性カバーとの間に前記LEDモジュール、前記放熱部材及び前記連結部材が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記モジュール装着部は、前記反射面に対向する第1のモジュール装着面と、前記反射面に対向しない第2のモジュール装着面と、を含み、第1のLEDモジュールは、第1のモジュール装着面に装着され、前記反射面に向かって光を発し、第2のLEDモジュールは、前記第2モジュール装着面に装着され、前記反射面のない方向に向かって光を発することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記第1のモジュール装着面と前記第2のモジュール装着面は、互いに反対の方向に配向されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記第1のモジュール装着面と前記第2のモジュール装着面とは、所定の角度で交差することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記第1のモジュール装着面と前記第2のモジュール装着面とは鋭角をなすことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記主連結部は弾性変形可能に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記主連結部はフック形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。

前記LEDモジュールと前記放熱部材とを熱伝導的に連結する連結部材を含むLED照明装置であって、
前記放熱部材は、前記LEDモジュールからの光を反射させる反射面を含み、
前記連結部材は、弾性変形可能な構造を有する状態でそれと対向する支持部との間にギャップを形成し、前記LEDモジュールは、前記連結部材の弾性変形を伴いながら前記ギャップに挿入され装着され、
前記連結部材は前記放熱部材の一側端に一体的に形成される
ことを特徴とするLED照明装置。 - 前記連結部材は、前記放熱部材との接触面積を増加させる凹凸パターンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記連結部材は、空気との接触面積を増加させる凹凸パターンを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記上部カバーには複数の空気流動孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記LEDモジュールは、印刷回路基板と、前記印刷回路基板上に直接実装された複数のLEDチップと、前記複数のLEDチップを封止する透光性の封止材と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項9に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記LEDモジュールは、前記LEDチップ上に直接形成された波長変換層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記放熱部材は、前記反射面上に複数の放熱フィンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項9に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記LEDモジュールは、印刷回路基板と、前記印刷回路基板のチップ実装面に実装される複数のLEDと、を含み、前記印刷回路基板は、前記チップ実装面と反対の面で空気に接することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項9に記載のLED照明装置。
- 複数のLEDモジュール、
前記各LEDモジュールに対応するように設けられた複数の放熱部材及び
前記各LEDモジュールを前記各放熱部材に熱伝導的かつ機構的にそれぞれ連結する複数の連結部材を含むLED照明装置であって、
前記複数の放熱部材は、対応するLEDモジュールの光を反射させる反射面を含み、
前記複数の連結部材は、前記各LEDモジュールが接続される複数のモジュール装着部を含み、前記各モジュール装着部の一側端には、前記放熱部材に熱伝導的かつ機構的に連結される主連結部が形成され、
前記各モジュール装着部の他側端には、前記LED照明装置の一部に固定された複数の支持部にそれぞれ連結される複数の補強連結部が形成される
ことを特徴とするLED照明装置。 - 複数のLEDモジュール、
前記各LEDモジュールに対応するように設けられた複数の放熱部材及び
前記各LEDモジュールを前記各放熱部材に熱伝導的かつ機構的にそれぞれ連結する複数の連結部材を含むLED照明装置であって、
前記複数の放熱部材は、対応するLEDモジュールの光を反射させる反射面を含み、
前記複数の連結部材は、弾性変形可能な構造を有する状態でそれと対向する各支持部との間にギャップを形成し、前記各LEDモジュールは、前記各連結部材の弾性変形を伴いながら前記ギャップに挿入され装着され、
前記各連結部材は前記各放熱部材の一側端に一体的に形成される
ことを特徴とするLED照明装置。
