Description
Claims (27)
- フローから異物を分類する方法であって、
フロー内の物体を識別する工程と、
識別された各物体につき、少なくとも2つの異なる波長もしくは波長範囲で反射強度を測定する工程と、
識別された各物体につき、800nmから1200nmの範囲の第1の波長における前記識別された物体からの第1の反射強度と、1470nmから1570nmの範囲の第2の波長における前記識別された物体からの第2の反射強度とを、強度−強度図により表わされ、該強度−強度図の分離領域が異物を表す参照プロファイルと比較する工程と
を含み、
識別された物体は、前記第1及び第2の反射強度が、前記参照プロファイルの所定の領域に含まれる場合、異物とみなされる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記フローは、食品のフローである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記食品は、植物質である
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記食品は、冷凍されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の方法。 - 物体を識別する前記工程は、
前記フローの画像を取得する工程と、
前記画像を処理して、前記フロー内の物体を識別する工程と
を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記画像は、可視スペクトル外の、近赤外(NIR)から短波長赤外(SWIR)にかけてのスペクトル内にある
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の波長は、850nmから1110nmの範囲にある
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記第1の波長は、850nmから900nmの範囲にある
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記第1の波長は、850nmである
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記第2の波長は、1470nmである
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記フローを、少なくとも1つの照明源で照らす工程
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの照明源は、可視スペクトルから短波長赤外(SWIR)スペクトルの照明を与える
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの照明源は、ハロゲン・ランプから構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 - 異物と識別された物体を前記フローから逸らせる工程
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の方法。 - フローから異物を分類する分類装置であって、
フローを照らすための照明ユニットと、
前記フローの中の物体により反射された放射エネルギーを撮像するためのカメラ・ユニットであって、識別された各物体につき、前記識別された物体から、800nmから1200nmの範囲の第1の波長で第1の反射強度を、前記識別された物体から、1470nmから1570nmの範囲の第2の波長で第2の反射強度をそれぞれ検出する第1及び第2の検出器と、前記反射された放射エネルギーを、異なる波長もしくは波長範囲を有し、かつ前記検出器にそれぞれ検出される少なくとも第1及び第2の反射成分に分割する少なくとも1つのビーム・スプリッターとを備えるカメラ・ユニットと、
前記フロー内の物体を識別し、識別された各物体につき、前記第1及び第2の反射強度を、強度−強度図により表され、該強度−強度図の分離領域が異物を表す参照プロファイルと比較するよう動作するプロセッサ・ユニットと
を備え、
識別された前記物体は、前記第1及び第2の反射強度が、前記参照プロファイルの所定の領域に含まれる場合、異物とみなされる
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記フローは、食品のフローである
ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。 - 前記食品は、植物質である
ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。 - 前記食品は、冷凍されている
ことを特徴とする請求項16又は17に記載の装置。 - 前記照明ユニットは、少なくとも1つの照明源を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項16乃至18のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの照明源は、可視スペクトルから短波長赤外(SWIR)スペクトルの照明を与える
ことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの照明源は、ハロゲン・ランプから構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の装置。 - 画像は、可視スペクトル外の、近赤外(NIR)から短波長赤外(SWIR)にかけてのスペクトル内にある
ことを特徴とする請求項15乃至21のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記第1の波長は、850nmから1110nmの範囲にある
ことを特徴とする請求項15乃至22のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記第1の波長は、850nmから900nmの範囲にある
ことを特徴とする請求項15乃至22のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記第1の波長は、850nmである
