Claims (6)
- ケーシング内に回転自在に設けられた羽根車を備え、
前記羽根車は、前記ケーシングの内周面へ向かって延びるブレードを有し、
前記ケーシングの内周面に対向する前記ブレードの端縁には、少なくとも一部に、樹脂層からなるシュラウド部が形成され、
前記シュラウド部の少なくとも一部は、前記羽根車の停止状態で前記ケーシングの内周面に接触している、回転機械。 - 前記ブレードの前記端縁の全体に、樹脂層からなるシュラウド部が形成されている、請求項1に記載の回転機械。
- 前記ブレードの前記端縁は、前記羽根車の径方向において前記ケーシングの内周面と対向する部位を有し、当該部位に前記樹脂層からなるシュラウド部が形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の回転機械。
- 前記ブレードの前記端縁は、前記羽根車の軸方向において前記ケーシングの内周面と対向する部位を有し、当該部位に前記樹脂層からなるシュラウド部が形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の回転機械。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の回転機械に用いられる、羽根車。
- 請求項5に記載の羽根車を製造するための方法であって、
テーパー状の外周面を有する素材の前記外周面上に樹脂層を形成する樹脂層形成工程と、
前記外周面上に形成された樹脂層が前記シュラウド部を成すように前記樹脂層形成工程後の前記素材から前記羽根車を削り出す削出工程とを備えた、羽根車の製造方法。
