Claims (10)
- 軽金属溶湯から鋳造された鋳造物(M)を鋳型(1)から離型する方法であって、前記鋳型(1)は少なくとも1つの中子(2〜7、17、18a〜21b、30)を備え、前記少なくとも1つの中子(2〜7、17、18a〜21b、30)は前記鋳造物の2つの外面を接続する前記鋳造物(M)内の通路開口部(Z1〜Z3)を表し、前記少なくとも1つの中子(2〜7、17、18a〜21b、30)は、温度の影響下で分解する結合剤によって結合された鋳型材料から製作され、前記鋳型(1)は炉(O)内で前記離型のための熱処理にかけられ、前記熱処理中、前記鋳型(1)は前記結合剤がその結合効果を失う温度に加熱される方法において、前記炉(O)内で、前記通路開口部を表す前記鋳型(1)の前記中子(18a〜21b)内に形成された通路(D1〜D4)に高温ガス(H)が通され、前記高温ガス(H)の温度は、前記通路開口部(Z1〜Z3)を表す前記中子(18a〜21b)が前記高温ガスの影響の結果として複数の断片(B)または個々の砂粒子に分解するように、前記鋳型材料の前記結合剤がその結合効果を失う温度に少なくとも相当することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記鋳型(1)の前記中子(18a〜21b)の前記通路(D1〜D4)は前記炉(O)内で鉛直に位置合わせされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記鋳造物(M)の前記通路開口部(Z1〜Z3)は、通路(D1〜D4)をそれぞれ有する2つ以上の中子(18a〜21b)によって表され、前記通路開口部(Z1〜Z3)に割り当てられた前記中子(18a〜21b)の前記通路(D1〜D4)は互いに接続され、前記炉(O)内で一緒に高温ガス(H)が流されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記鋳型(1)は、2つ以上の中子(2〜7、17、18a〜21b、30)で構成された中子パッケージとして形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記鋳型(1)の外側面部分を形成する前記中子(3〜6)に窪み(8、9)が成型されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記鋳造物(M)の前記通路開口部(Z1〜Z3)を表す前記少なくとも1つの中子(18a〜21b)は、前記鋳型(1)の外縁を形成する外側面部(7)に達し、前記通路開口部(Z1〜Z3)を表す前記中子(18a〜21b)の前記通路(D1〜D4)は、前記鋳型(1)の前記外面(12)に達するまで前記外側面部(7)内に延在することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記鋳型(1)が前記炉(O)内で受ける前記熱処理は、前記鋳造物(M)の溶体化処理として行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記結合剤の前記分解によって形成されて前記鋳造物(M)から離れ落ちる、前記通路開口部を表す少なくとも前記中子(2〜7、17、18a〜21b、30)の前記断片(B)は前記炉(О)内で集められ、前記断片(B)に依然として含まれている前記結合剤も燃焼するまで、前記炉(O)内に保持されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記鋳造物(M)は燃焼機関用のエンジンブロックであり、前記少なくとも1つの中子(18a〜21b)によって表される前記通路開口部はこの鋳造物(M)のシリンダ開口部(Z1〜Z3)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記鋳型(1)および前記鋳造物(M)は、前記炉(O)を連続走行で通過することを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の方法。
