Description
石綿含有廃スレートを破砕及び粉砕するステップS100は、選択的なステップであって、石綿が含まれた廃スレートを破砕及び粉砕するステップである。上述したように、廃スレートはさまざまな建築廃棄物の1つとして排出できる。
前記破砕及び粉砕された廃スレート粉末に塩酸水溶液を投入するステップS200は、前記ステップS100で破砕及び粉砕された廃スレート粉末に塩酸水溶液を投入するステップである。但し、廃スレートに直ぐ塩酸を投入することもできることを知るべきである。
濃縮された石綿と有機酸混合物とを低温で熱処理するステップS300は、前記ステップS200で濃縮された石綿に有機酸を混合した混合物を低温で熱処理するステップである。
廃スレート粉末5gと5%塩酸水溶液42ccを1時間の間徐々にCO2を発生させながら反応させた。反応後のpHは2.5であった。
廃スレート粉末5gと5%塩酸水溶液30ccを0.5時間の間徐々にCO2を発生させながら反応させた。反応後のpHは5.7であった。
廃スレート粉末5gと5%塩酸水溶液42ccを10分間CO2を発生させながら反応させた。反応後のpHは4.3であった。
廃スレート粉末5gと5%塩酸水溶液42ccを1時間の間徐々にCO2を発生させながら反応させた。反応後のpHは2.5であった。
廃スレート粉末5gと5%硫酸水溶液40ccを1時間の間徐々にCO2を発生させながら反応させた。反応後のpHは2.2であった。
S200 前記粉砕された廃スレート粉末に塩酸水溶液を投入するステップ
S300 濃縮された石綿と有機酸混合物を低温で熱処理するステップ
Claims (6)
- 廃スレート粉末に塩酸水溶液を投入して20分乃至1時間廃スレート粉末内の石灰石成分を分解、除去して石綿を濃縮するステップと、
前記濃縮された石綿とオキサル酸とを混合した後、100℃で低温熱処理して前記石綿が菱面体または無定形(amorphous)形態のマグネシウムオキサレートに再結晶化するステップとを含み、
前記廃スレート粉末と塩酸水溶液との混合比(g/cc)は5%塩酸水溶液基準に1:8〜1:10であり、
前記濃縮された石綿とオキサル酸との混合比(g/cc)は0.8:0.5〜1であることを特徴とする、廃スレートの石綿無害化処理方法。 - 前記オキサル酸は、水、蒸留水、及び脱イオン水からなる群から選択される1種以上に希釈されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の廃スレートの石綿無害化処理方法。
- 石綿を含有する廃スレートを破砕及び粉砕するステップと、
前記破砕及び粉砕された廃スレート粉末に塩酸水溶液を投入して20分乃至1時間廃スレート粉末内の石灰石成分を分解、除去して石綿を濃縮するステップと、
前記濃縮された石綿とオキサル酸とを混合した後、100℃で低温熱処理して前記石綿が菱面体または無定形(amorphous)形態のマグネシウムオキサレートに再結晶化するステップとを含み、
前記廃スレート粉末と塩酸水溶液との混合比(g/cc)は5%塩酸水溶液基準に1:8〜1:10であり、
前記濃縮された石綿とオキサル酸との混合比(g/cc)は0.8:0.5〜1であることを特徴とする、廃スレートの石綿無害化処理方法。 - 前記廃スレートの破砕はジョークラッシャー(Jaw crusher)及びコーンクラッシャー(Cone crusher)により遂行され、
破砕された廃スレートの粉砕は微粉碎機(Pulverizer)により遂行されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の廃スレートの石綿無害化処理方法。 - 前記破砕及び粉砕された廃スレート粉末は100〜300メッシュのサイズに形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の廃スレートの石綿無害化処理方法。
- 前記オキサル酸は、水、蒸留水、及び脱イオン水からなる群から選択される1種以上に希釈される、請求項3に記載の廃スレートの石綿無害化処理方法。
