Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかる痛み測定装置1の構成を示す斜視図である。図2は、図1に示す痛み測定装置1の本体部4およびその周辺機器の概略構成を示すブロック図である。図3は、図1に示すパーソナルコンピュータ6の画面表示の一例を示す図である。
図4は、図1に示す電極3aから被測定者2に付与される刺激電流の各周波数成分ごとの刺激の強さを表すパワースペクトルのピーク値を示すグラフである。図5は、図1に示す電極3aから被測定者2に付与される刺激電流の各周波数成分ごとの刺激の強さを表すパワースペクトルの実際の変化を説明するためのグラフである。
図6は、図1に示す痛み測定装置1での痛みの測定方法の考え方を説明するためのグラフである。図7は、図1に示す痛み測定装置1での痛みの測定手順を示すフローチャートである。
(痛み指数)=(痛み対応電流値)/(最小感知電流値)
と定義する。続いて、痛み度を
(痛み度)=(((痛み対応電流値)−(最小感知電流値))/(最小感知電流値))×100
と定義する。
(痛み計測値その1)=Loge29.046(痛み度)−111.6
(痛み計測値その1)=Loge38((痛み度)+100)−175
(痛み計測値その2)=100×Log10(痛み指数)
(痛み計測値その3)=(((痛み指数)−1)/(痛み指数))×100
図10は、被測定者2が痛みを感じる刺激電流の電流値である痛み発生電流値および最小感知電流値の測定結果を示すグラフであり、(A)は本発明の実施の形態にかかる刺激電流を被測定者2に付与したときの測定結果を示し、(B)は従来の矩形波からなる刺激電流を被測定者2に付与したときの測定結果を示す。
本形態の痛み測定装置1では、パワースペクトルのピーク値が図4のグラフG1、G2で示すように推移する刺激電流が電極3aから被測定者2に付与される。そのため、図10(A)を用いて説明したように、被測定者2が刺激電流によって新たな痛みを感じることなく、被測定者2の感じている痛みの測定が可能になる。この測定値は従来に比べ、より客観的なものである。
上述した形態は、本発明の好適な形態の一例ではあるが、これに限定されるものではなく本発明の要旨を変更しない範囲において種々変形可能である。
Claims (5)
- 被測定者に装着される電極と、前記電極へ供給される刺激電流を生成する刺激電流生成手段とを備え、前記電極から前記被測定者に付与される前記刺激電流に基づいて、前記被測定者が感じている痛みを測定する人体用の痛み測定装置において、
前記刺激電流に基礎をおく値の対数値または対数的数値となる痛みの計測値と、前記被測定者が選択したVAS(Visual Analogue Scale)またはフェイススケールの値との関係を表示する手段を有する、
ことを特徴とする痛み測定装置。 - 被測定者に装着される電極と、前記電極へ供給される刺激電流を生成する刺激電流生成手段とを備え、前記電極から前記被測定者に付与される前記刺激電流に基づいて、前記被測定者が感じている痛みを測定する人体用の痛み測定装置において、
前記被測定者が感じている痛みに対応する刺激電流の値となる痛み対応電流値の対数値または対数的数値と、前記被測定者が選択したVASまたはフェイススケールの値との関係を表示する手段を有する、
ことを特徴とする痛み測定装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の痛み測定装置において、
前記表示する手段は、前記測定した痛みの計測値または前記痛み対応電流値を対数値または対数的数値によって表示する、
ことを特徴とする痛み測定装置。 - 請求項1、2または3記載の痛み測定装置において、
前記測定した痛みの計測値または前記痛み対応電流値と、前記VASまたはフェイススケールの値との関係を時系列的に比較する手段と、
前記比較の結果に応じて前記被測定者の痛みの要因を分類し、または痛みの原因を特定する手段と、
を有する、
ことを特徴とする痛み測定装置。 - 請求項4記載の痛み測定装置において、
前記痛みの要因を分類し、または痛みの原因を特定する手段は、分類または特定対象として、侵害受容性疼痛、心因性疼痛、神経障害性疼痛のいずれか1つまたは複数を有する、
ことを特徴とする痛み測定装置。
