Description
例えば、本発明は、以下の項目を提供する。
(項目1)
セラミック、ガラスセラミック、またはガラスに、特に少なくとも部分的にこれらの材料からなる成形体を製造する際に、ドープまたは着色する方法であって、前記セラミック、前記ガラスセラミック、または前記ガラスが顆粒状材料として提供され、この顆粒状材料を、金属イオンおよび/または金属錯体を含む溶液に接触させる方法。
(項目2)
前記顆粒状材料に前記溶液が噴霧されることを特徴とする、項目1に記載の方法。
(項目3)
前記溶液で処理された前記顆粒状材料を、好ましくは<100℃の温度で乾燥させることを特徴とする、項目1または項目2に記載の方法。
(項目4)
前記顆粒状材料が、前記接触中、好ましくは噴霧中、および/または乾燥中に、移動、特に循環または撹拌されることを特徴とする、前記項目のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(項目5)
前記溶液が、希土類元素、特にランタノイド、または元素の周期表の亜族元素の、金属イオンまたは金属錯体を含むことを特徴とする、前記項目のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(項目6)
前記溶液が、鉄、クロム、銅、イットリウム、プラセオジム、コバルト、ニッケル、マンガン、エルビウム、またはセリウム元素のうちの少なくとも1種の金属イオンまたは金属錯体を含むことを特徴とする、項目5に記載の方法。
(項目7)
前記溶液が少なくとも1種の極性溶媒を含み、前記極性溶媒が、好ましくは水または少なくとも1種の脂肪族アルコールであることを特徴とする、前記項目のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(項目8)
前記金属イオンまたは金属錯体が、0.01重量%から70重量%の間、特に0.1重量%から50重量%の間の濃度で前記溶液に含まれることを特徴とする、前記項目のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(項目9)
前記顆粒状材料が、前記接触後、好ましくは前記噴霧後、および任意選択で前記乾燥後に、好ましくは少なくとも1つのプレスステップ、特に乾式プレスステップを用いて、成形体が形成されるようさらに加工されることを特徴とする、前記項目のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(項目10)
前記材料がセラミックであり、好ましくは酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO 2 )または酸化アルミニウム(Al 2 O 3 )をベースにしたセラミックであることを特徴とする、前記項目のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(項目11)
前記セラミックが、いわゆる歯科用セラミックであり、前記歯科用セラミックが、好ましくは、酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO 2 )、酸化イットリウム(Y 2 O 3 )、酸化ハフニウム(HfO 2 )、および/または酸化アルミニウム(Al 2 O 3 )、および任意選択でさらなる酸化物を含むことを特徴とする、項目10に記載の方法。
(項目12)
前記項目のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造可能であるまたは製造される、セラミック、ガラスセラミック、またはガラス、好ましくはセラミック。
(項目13)
項目12に記載のセラミック、ガラスセラミック、またはガラスから製造される成形体、特に歯科用成形体。
(項目14)
歯科補綴物、特にオールセラミックの歯科補綴物を製造するための、焼結されていない、または最終的に焼結されていないブランクであることを特徴とする、項目13に記載の成形体。
(項目15)
項目13または項目14に記載の成形体から製造される歯科補綴物。
Claims (15)
- セラミックまたはガラスセラミックにドープまたは着色する方法であって、前記セラミックまたは前記ガラスセラミックが顆粒状材料として提供され、この顆粒状材料を、金属イオンおよび/または金属錯体を含む溶液に接触させ、前記溶液が、前記顆粒状材料中に存在する細孔および/または毛管に浸透する方法。
- 前記顆粒状材料に前記溶液が噴霧されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液で処理された前記顆粒状材料を乾燥させることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記顆粒状材料が、前記接触中に移動することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液が、希土類元素または元素の周期表の亜族元素の、金属イオンまたは金属錯体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液が、鉄、クロム、銅、イットリウム、プラセオジム、コバルト、ニッケル、マンガン、エルビウム、またはセリウム元素のうちの少なくとも1種の金属イオンまたは金属錯体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液が少なくとも1種の極性溶媒を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属イオンまたは金属錯体が、0.01重量%から70重量%の間の濃度で前記溶液に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記顆粒状材料が、前記接触後、成形体が形成されるようさらに加工されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記材料がセラミックであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミックが、歯科用セラミックであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造可能であるまたは製造される、セラミックまたはガラスセラミック。
- 請求項12に記載のセラミックまたはガラスセラミックから製造される成形体。
- 歯科補綴物を製造するための、焼結されていない、または最終的に焼結されていないブランクであることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の成形体。
- 請求項13または請求項14に記載の成形体から製造される歯科補綴物。
