Claims (15)
- 回転切削加工用のフライス工具(1)であって、
回転軸と、工具本体(10)の一端に配置された個々の転削インサート(21)を受ける複数のインサート座(20)を有する工具本体(10)と、を備えるフライス工具において、
工具本体(10)の内側に配置され、フライス工具(1)に発生する振動を抑制する複数の減衰要素(30)を備え、減衰要素(30)が、回転軸から半径方向に離れ、インサート座(20)から離れて配置され、
個々の減衰要素(30)が振動減衰要素であり、
複数の減衰要素(30)が個々に適合される、種々の減衰周波数のための減衰要素であり、複数の減衰要素(30)のうちの少なくとも1つが異なる減衰周波数に適合可能である
ことを特徴とするフライス工具。 - 工具本体が、個々の減衰要素(30)が配置される複数の凹所を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフライス工具。
- 複数のインサート座が、フライス工具(1)の一端において共通の平面に配置されると共に、フライス工具の包絡面に隣接する、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフライス工具。
- 複数の減衰要素(30)がフライス工具の回転軸に対して対称に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフライス工具。
- 複数の減衰要素(30)がフライス工具の回転軸に対して非対称に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフライス工具。
- 減衰要素(30)の数が複数のインサート座(20)の数に等しい、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のフライス工具。
- 減衰要素(30)の数及びインサート座の数がそれぞれ少なくとも3つである、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のフライス工具。
- 凹所がフライス工具の一端に開口する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフライス工具。
- 凹所が、フライス工具の一端に配置されたカバー(11)によって工具本体に完全に収容されるよう配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフライス工具。
- 複数の凹所が回転対称である、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフライス工具。
- 複数の凹所がフライス工具の一端に向かって円錐状に傾斜している、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフライス工具。
- フライス工具(1)が凹所と連通する複数の冷却液通路を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフライス工具。
- フライス工具がチタン及びその合金のフライス加工に適用される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフライス工具。
- フライス工具がフライスカッタである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフライス工具。
- 減衰要素(30)が回転軸に平行に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフライス工具。
