Abstract
【解決手段】回転切削加工用のフライス工具(1)は、回転軸を有すると共に、工具本体(10)の一端に配置された個々の転削インサート(21)を受ける複数のインサート座(20)を有する工具本体(10)を備える。フライス工具(1)は、工具本体(10)の内側に配置され、工具(1)に発生する振動を抑制する複数の減衰要素(30)を備え、減衰要素(30)が、回転軸に平行で、回転軸から半径方向に離れると共に、工具本体(10)の一端に隣接して配置される。

Claims (19)
- 回転切削加工用のフライス工具であって、
回転軸と、工具本体(10)の一端に配置された個々の転削インサート(21)を受ける複数のインサート座(20)を有する工具本体(10)と、を備えるフライス工具において、
工具本体(10)の内側に配置され、工具(1)に発生する振動を抑制する複数の減衰要素(30)を備え、減衰要素(30)が、回転軸から半径方向に離れ、インサート座(20)から離れると共に、工具本体(10)の一端に隣接して配置される、
ことを特徴とするフライス工具。 - 工具本体が、個々の減衰要素(30)が配置される複数の凹所を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフライス工具。
- 複数のインサート座が、工具(1)の一端において共通の平面に配置されると共に、工具の包絡面に隣接する、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフライス工具。
- 複数の減衰要素(30)が工具の回転軸に対して対称に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフライス工具。
- 複数の減衰要素(30)が工具の回転軸に対して非対称に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフライス工具。
- 減衰要素(30)の数が複数のインサート座(20)の数に等しい、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のフライス工具。
- 減衰要素(30)の数及びインサート座の数がそれぞれ少なくとも3つである、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のフライス工具。
- 個々の減衰要素(30)が、転削インサート(21)を受ける個々のインサート座(20)に隣接して配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のフライス工具。
- 個々の減衰要素(30)が同じ種類である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載のフライス工具。
- 複数の減衰要素(30)が、幅の広い周波数減衰域を覆うために個々に適用された減衰要素である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のフライス工具。
- 少なくとも1つの減衰要素が適用可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のフライス工具。
- 凹所が工具の一端に開口する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフライス工具。
- 凹所が、工具の一端に配置されたカバー(11)によって工具本体に完全に収容されるよう配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフライス工具。
- 複数の凹所が回転対称である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載のフライス工具。
- 複数の凹所が工具の一端に向かって円錐状に傾斜している、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のフライス工具。
- 工具(1)が凹所と連通する複数の冷却液通路を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜15の何れか1項に記載のフライス工具。
- 工具がチタン及びその合金のフライス加工に適用される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフライス工具。
- 工具が長い切れ刃を有するフライスカッタである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフライス工具。
- 減衰要素(30)が回転軸に平行に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜18に記載のフライス工具。
