Description
[導電性接着剤の調製]
YDF−170(東都化成社製、ビスフェノールF型エポキシ樹脂の商品名、エポキシ当量=170)26.7質量部と、2P4MZ(四国化成社製、イミダゾール化合物の商品名)1.2質量部と、BHPA(2,2−ビスヒドロキシメチルプロピオン酸)2.1質量部とを混合し、3本ロールを3回通して接着剤成分を調製した。
上記で得られた液状の導電性接着剤を、太陽電池セル(125mm×125mm、厚さ310μm)の受光面上に形成された表面電極(材質:銀ガラスペースト、2mm×125mm)上にディスペンサを用いて単位長さ当りの重量で0.2mg/mmとなるように塗布した。次いで、導電性接着剤を塗布した電極上に、配線部材としてはんだ被覆タブ線(日立電線社製、商品名:A−TPS)を配置させて、熱圧着機を用いて温度150℃、荷重0.5MPa、保持時間10secの条件にて加熱圧着した。同様の処理を太陽電池セルの裏面の電極についても行い、タブ線付太陽電池セルを10組作製した。
上記タブ線付き太陽電池セルの外観を目視で観察し、割れ、クラックの有無を確認し、その破損率を評価した。表中、左側の数字は破損が見られたセル数を示す。
上記で得られたタブ線付太陽電池セル1組をエポキシ樹脂で注型し、これをタブ線が延びる方向に直交する面で切断し、太陽電池セルの電極とタブ線の接合部の断面を確認した。断面は、5箇所確認した。太陽電池セルの電極とタブ線とが導電性粒子の溶融物によって接続されている場合、タブ線幅に対する金属部の接続幅の割合(金属部/タブ線)を測定した。太陽電池セルの電極とタブ線とが樹脂によって接着されている場合、タブ線幅に対する樹脂で接着されている幅の割合(樹脂部/タブ線)を測定した。
上記で作製したタブ線付太陽電池セルを用意し、太陽電池セルの裏面側には封止樹脂(三井化学ファブロ社製、商品名:ソーラーエバSC50B)と保護フィルム((株)コバヤシ製、商品名:コバテックPV)とを積層し、太陽電池セルの受光面側には封止樹脂(三井化学ファブロ社製、ソーラーエバSC50B)とガラス(200×200×3mm)とを積層した。こうして得られた積層体を、真空ラミネータ((株)エヌ・ピー・シー製、商品名:LM−50×50−S)の熱板側にガラスが接するように搭載して5分間真空引きを行った後、真空ラミネータの上部の真空を解放し、1atmの圧力下で160℃10分間加熱することにより、太陽電池モジュールを作製した。
得られた太陽電池モジュールのIV曲線を、ソーラーシミュレータ(ワコム電創社製、商品名:WXS−155S−10、AM:1.5G)を用いて測定し、曲線因子(fill factor、以下F.Fと略す)を導出し、これを初期のF.F(0h)とした。次に、この太陽電池モジュールに対して、−55℃で30分間及び125℃で30分間を1サイクルとし、これを1000サイクル繰り返す温度サイクル試験を行った。この温度サイクル試験後の太陽電池モジュールのF.Fを測定し、これをF.F(1000h)とした。温度サイクル試験前後でのF.Fの変化率(ΔF.F)を[F.F(1000h)×100/F.F(0h)]の式から求め、これを評価指標として用いた。なお、一般にΔF.Fの値が95%以上となると接続信頼性が良好であると判断される。
表1に示す組成とした以外は実施例1と同様にして導電性接着剤を調製した。そして、得られた導電性接着剤を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様にしてタブ線付太陽電池セルを作製し、セル破損率の評価及び接合部の確認を行った。ただし、実施例7は、電極と配線部材との熱圧着温度を170℃とした。

EP−828:エピコート828、ジャパンエポキシレジン社製商品名。
2P4MZ:イミダゾール化合物、四国化成社製商品名。
BHPA:2,2−ビスヒドロキシメチルプロピオン酸。
2,5−DEAD:2,5−ジエチルアジピン酸。
Sn42−Bi58:Sn42−Bi58はんだ粒子、平均粒子径20μm、融点138℃。
Sn40−Bi56−Zn4:Sn40−Bi56−Zn4はんだ粒子、平均粒子径20μm、融点130℃。
MA05K:AgめっきCu粉、日立化成工業株式会社製商品名。
配線部材としてSnAgCuはんだ被覆タブ線(日立電線社製、商品名:A−TPS)を、太陽電池セル(125mm×125mm、厚さ310μm)の受光面上に形成された表面電極(材質:銀ガラスペースト、2mm×125mm)上に配置させて、熱圧着機を用いて温度260℃、荷重0.5MPa、保持時間10secの条件にて加熱圧着した。同様の処理を裏面の電極についても行い、タブ線付太陽電池セルを10組作製した。
導電性接着剤に代えてSn42Bi58クリームはんだ(タムラ製作所社製、TLF−401−11)を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、タブ線付太陽電池セルを作製し、セル破損率の評価及び接合部の確認を行った。
表1に示される実施例1の熱硬化性樹脂を導電性接着剤全量100質量部に対し27.9質量部となるように配合し、導電粒子として銀粉(TCG−1、徳力化学研究所製商品名)を導電性接着剤全量100質量部に対し72.1質量部となるように配合した以外は、実施例1の導電性接着剤の調製に記載された方法と同様にして導電性接着剤を調製した。この導電性接着剤を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、タブ線付太陽電池セルを作製し、セル破損率の評価及び接合部の確認を行った。
Claims (4)
- 表面電極及び裏面電極を有する太陽電池セルの前記表面電極と配線部材との間に、(A)融点が200℃以下の金属を含む導電性粒子、(B)熱硬化性樹脂及び(C)フラックス活性剤を含む導電性接着剤を介在させた状態で、前記導電性粒子が溶融する温度で前記導電性接着剤を加熱する工程を備え、前記(C)フラックス活性剤は脂肪族ジヒドロキシカルボン酸を含む、太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記(C)フラックス活性剤は下記一般式(V)で表される化合物又は酒石酸を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
[式(V)中、R5は置換していてもよい炭素数1〜5のアルキル基を示し、n及びmはそれぞれ独立に0〜5の整数を示す。] - 前記加熱により、前記配線部材と前記表面電極との間に、金属部と樹脂部とからなる接合部が形成され、
前記配線部材が帯状であり当該配線部材が延びる方向に直交する断面で前記金属部及び前記樹脂部をみたときに、前記金属部が前記配線部材の中央部と前記表面電極の中央部とを接続するように位置し、前記樹脂部が前記配線部材の前記中央部の外側と前記表面電極の前記中央部の外側とを接着するように位置している、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記接合部が、接続及び接着前の前記表面電極と前記配線部材とを互いが対向する方向に加圧しながら前記加熱を行うことにより形成される、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
