Claims (4)
- 1又は複数のアルミニウムを有した内層合金の素線からなる内層導体と、複数のアルミニウムを有した外層合金の素線からなり前記内層導体上に設けられる外層導体とを有したアルミニウム電線の製造方法であって、
前記内層導体上に設けられた前記外層合金の素線を前記内層導体上で撚る撚り工程と、
前記撚り工程において撚られた前記外層合金の素線を前記撚り工程における撚り方向と同方向に回転させながら圧縮する回転圧縮工程と、
を有することを特徴とするアルミニウム電線の製造方法。 - 前記撚り工程における撚りピッチは13ミリメートル以上30ミリメートル以下とされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルミニウム電線の製造方法。 - 前記撚り工程に先だって、鉄を0.5質量%以上1.3質量%以下含有すると共に、マグネシウム0質量%以上0.4質量%以下含有し、残部がアルミニウム及び不純物からなる合金を鋳造する鋳造工程と、
前記鋳造工程において鋳造された合金に対して250度以上450度以下の温度で焼鈍する焼鈍工程と、
前記焼鈍工程において得られた合金を引き延ばして前記内層合金の素線と前記外層合金の素線とする伸線工程と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載のアルミニウム電線の製造方法。 - 前記撚り工程に先だって、マグネシウムを0.2質量%以上1.2質量%以下含有すると共に、シリコンを0.1質量%以上2.0質量%以下含有し、残部がアルミニウム及び不純物からなる合金を鋳造する鋳造工程と、
前記鋳造工程において鋳造された合金に対して400度以上630度以下の温度で焼鈍する第1焼鈍工程と、
前記第1焼鈍工程において得られた合金を引き延ばして前記内層合金の素線と前記外層合金の素線とする伸線工程と、
前記伸線工程にて得られた前記内層合金の素線と前記外層合金の素線とを100度以上300度以下の温度で焼鈍する第2焼鈍工程と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載のアルミニウム電線の製造方法。
