Claims (6)
- 金属基材と、
前記金属基材上に形成された銀−錫合金めっき層と、
前記金属基材と前記銀−錫合金めっき層との間に形成され、錫を含まないニッケルめっき層とを有し、
前記銀−錫合金めっき層に含まれる銀の含有率は少なくとも77質量%である、燃料電池用セパレータ。 - 前記銀−錫合金めっき層に含まれる銀の含有率は80質量%以上90質量%以下である、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用セパレータ。
- 前記銀−錫合金めっき層の厚さは、1μm以上5μm以下である、請求項1または2に記載の燃料電池用セパレータ。
- 前記ニッケルめっき層の厚さは、2μm以上5μm以下である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の燃料電池用セパレータ。
- 前記金属基材は、アルミニウム基材である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の燃料電池用セパレータ。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法であって、
前記銀−錫合金めっき層を形成する工程は、ストライク銀めっき工程と、銀−錫合金めっき工程とを含む、燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。
