Claims (3)
- 適宜な把手の先端に設けられる切断部と、前記切断部に付設したスライド体とで構成したものであって、前記切断部が、切断部本体に多数の薄刃体を平行に細かい間隙を介して配列装着し、切断部本体における前記薄刃体列の両側部分に装着孔を設けて形成され、スライド体が、H状に形成されると共に、その横板部に薄刃体の間隙に配置される野菜屑排出部を設け、先方縦板部の先端を両外方へ突出させて操作摘みとし、後方縦板部を切断部本体の装着孔に出没自在に挿入装着して、薄刃体に添って移動可能としたことを特徴とする葱調理器。
- 横板部に薄刃体と対応する細幅透孔を連設し、前記細幅透孔に薄刃体を嵌合装着して野菜屑排出部としてなる請求項1記載の葱調理器。
- スライド体の後方縦板部の基端に係止突起を設け、装着孔の入り口側に前記係止突起と対応する抜け止め部を設け、装着孔の奥側の所定位置に、前記係止突起と係合する係合凹部を設けてなる請求項1又は2記載の葱調理器。
