Claims (3)
- 少なくとも音波もしくは超音波の一方を伝達可能な導波管を有する砕石器のための先端要素であって、
少なくとも吸引や尿管への潅注を支援可能である内腔を備えた前記導波管への取り付けのために構成された近位端部と、
少なくとも一つの尿路結石に対して配置するために構成され、前記尿路結石を断片に破壊するために、前記導波管から伝達される少なくとも音波もしくは超音波の一方を前記尿路結石に伝達する、遠位端部と、
前記近位端部と前記遠位端部との間に延在する先端要素通路であって、前記内腔と連通する先端要素通路と、を有し、
前記遠位端部は、吸引の間、前記少なくとも一つの尿路結石と前記遠位端部との間の接触を維持するための一つ又は複数の鋭利な端部を有し、
前記先端要素は、前記遠位端部から前記近位端部へ向かって延在する少なくとも一つのスロットを有し、
前記先端要素通路内及び前記スロット内に位置されるインサートをさらに有する、先端要素。 - 請求項1に記載された先端要素において、
前記遠位端部は、一つ又は複数の先を有し、前記先端要素は、前記遠位端部から前記近位端部へ向かって延在する波形部分を有する、先端要素。 - 請求項1に記載された先端要素において、
