Description
Claims (13)
- 相反する接合面及び非接合面を有する本体と、
該接合面に設置される複数の接合パッドと、
該非接合面に設置される少なくとも1つの補助パッドと、を備え、
該複数の接合パッドと該補助パッドがそれぞれ処理ユニットの異なる走査チャネルに電気的に接続されることを特徴とするフレキシブル回路基板。 - 該複数の接合パッドは前記処理ユニットにより順に走査され、該補助パッドは該処理ユニットにより連続的に走査されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル回路基板。
- 該補助パッドの材料は導電性材料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル回路基板。
- 該補助パッドの材料は銅であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル回路基板。
- 該補助パッドの設置位置と該複数の接合パッドの設置位置とは該本体を挟んで対応することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル回路基板。
- 該少なくとも1つの補助パッドは複数であり、該複数の補助パッドは相互に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル回路基板。
- 該補助パッドは該本体を挟んで各該複数の接合パッドと重なることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフレキシブル回路基板。
- 該本体は絶縁基板、内部配線層及び被覆膜を備え、該複数の接合パッド及び/又は該補助パッドと該内部配線層が同一材料で該絶縁基板に同時に形成され、該被覆膜は該内部配線層を少なくとも被覆することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル回路基板。
- 該本体に設置される処理ユニットをさらに備え、該複数の接合パッドと該補助パッドがそれぞれ該本体に設置される処理ユニットの異なる走査チャネルに電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル回路基板。
- 該複数の接合パッドは該本体に設置される処理ユニットにより順に走査され、該補助パッドは該本体に設置される処理ユニットにより連続的に走査されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のフレキシブル回路基板。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル回路基板を備え、
透明導電パターン層と、
該透明導電パターン層及び対応する該接合パッドにそれぞれ電気的に接続される複数のリードと、をさらに備えることを特徴とする自己容量型タッチパネル。 - リードと透明導電パターン層は同一材質である請求項11に記載の自己容量型タッチパネル。
- 一方の表面にタッチ領域及び周辺領域が定義される透明基板をさらに備え、該透明導電パターン層が該タッチ領域内に設置され、且つ該複数のリードが該周辺領域内に設置されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の自己容量型タッチパネル。
