Description
前記内針の基端部に固定された内針ハブと、
前記内針が挿通される中空の外針と、
前記外針の基端部に固定された外針ハブと、
前記内針ハブに接続され、前記内針ハブから先端方向に突出し、その先端部が前記外針の基端部よりも先端側に位置する把持部材と
前記外針ハブに接続され、前記外針の軸に沿って配置された長尺状の本体部と、該本体部の基端よりも先端側に設けられ、前記外針の基端と先端との間の部位を押圧する押圧部とを有する押圧部材とを備え、
前記把持部材は、内部空間を有し、
前記内針の少なくとも基端および前記外針の少なくとも基端が、前記把持部材の前記内部空間に配置されていることを特徴とする留置針組立体である。
本願発明の留置針組立体では、前記押圧部材は、前記外針の軸に沿って配置された位置と、前記外針から退避した位置とに変位可能であることが好ましい。
図1は、本発明の留置針組立体の第1実施形態を示す断面図、図2〜図5は、それぞれ、図1に示す留置針組立体の使用方法の一例を説明するための断面図である。
内針ハブ5は、ほぼ筒状の部材で構成され、その基端部の外周部には、フランジ51が形成されている。組み立て状態では、内針ハブ5のフランジ51より先端側の部位が、外針ハブ3の内部に挿入され、嵌合して固定される。
図6は、本発明の留置針組立体の第2実施形態(組立状態)を示す斜視図、図7は、本発明の留置針組立体の第2実施形態(非組立状態)を示す斜視図、図8〜図11は、それぞれ、図6に示す留置針組立体の使用方法の一例を説明するための斜視図である。
そして、この留置針組立体1では、指掛け突起62が外針2の軸に沿って複数設けられているので、その指掛け突起62を順次先端方向に押圧することにより、容易かつ確実に、内針4に対して外針2を先端方向に移動させることができる。
図12は、本発明の留置針組立体の第3実施形態(組立状態)を示す斜視図、図13は、図12に示す留置針組立体の押圧部材を示す側面図、図14は、図12に示す留置針組立体の押圧部材および外針を示す側面図、図15は、図12に示す留置針組立体の正面図、図16は、図12に示す留置針組立体の押圧部材および把持部材の先端部を示す斜視図、図17は、図12に示す留置針組立体の外針ハブおよび押圧部材を示す斜視図、図18〜図22は、それぞれ、図12に示す留置針組立体の使用方法の一例を説明するための斜視図である。
なお、前記溝は、押圧部材6と把持部材7との一方のみに形成されていてもよい。
この留置針組立体1によれば、前述した第2実施形態と同様の効果が得られる。

Claims (6)
- 先端に鋭利な針先を有する内針と、
前記内針の基端部に固定された内針ハブと、
前記内針が挿通される中空の外針と、
前記外針の基端部に固定された外針ハブと、
前記内針ハブに接続され、前記内針ハブから先端方向に突出し、その先端部が前記外針の基端部よりも先端側に位置する把持部材と、
前記外針ハブに接続され、前記外針の軸に沿って配置された長尺状の本体部と、該本体部の基端よりも先端側に設けられ、前記外針の基端と先端との間の部位を押圧する押圧部とを有する押圧部材とを備え、
前記把持部材は、内部空間を有し、
前記内針の少なくとも基端および前記外針の少なくとも基端が、前記把持部材の前記内部空間に配置されていることを特徴とする留置針組立体。 - 前記押圧部材の前記本体部は、指掛け突起を備え、前記指掛け突起は、組立状態において前記外針の基端部よりも先端側に位置する請求項1に記載の留置針組立体。
- 前記把持部材は、前記押圧部材を該押圧部材の長手方向に移動可能に収納する空間を有する請求項1または2に記載の留置針組立体。
- 前記押圧部材は、前記把持部材に対して長手方向に移動可能である請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の留置針組立体。
- 前記把持部材は、その先端部に、前記押圧部材と係合し、該押圧部材が前記外針から離間する方向に変位することを防止する係合部を有する請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の留置針組立体。
- 前記押圧部材は、前記外針の軸に沿って配置された位置と、前記外針から退避した位置とに変位可能である請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の留置針組立体。
