Description
図1は、電動ポンプ10をカバー40側から見た構成を示す分解斜視図であり、図2は、電動ポンプ10をモータ部20側から見た構成を示す分解斜視図である。また、図3は、電動ポンプ10をカバー40側から見た構成を示す正面図である。図1から図3に示すように、電動ポンプ10は、モータ部20と、ベーンポンプ部30と、カバー40とを主要な構成要素としている。
以上のような構成の電動ポンプ10では、ケーブルからコネクタ内バスバー49、接続部46、リード線28、ブラシ26および整流子232を経て、回転子231の巻線に電力が供給され、その電力の供給によって回転子231および回転軸23が回転させられる。
以上のような構成の電動ポンプ10によると、エンドキャップ22には電源バスバー27が一体的に設けられ、その電源バスバー27はポンププレート31の貫通孔317を通過した後に、コネクタボックス45の差込凹部45aに差し込まれる。そして、電源バスバー27の先端から突出しているリード線28は、差込凹部45a内の接続部46に電気的に接続される。
以上、本発明の各実施の形態について説明したが、本発明はこれ以外にも種々変形可能となっている。以下、それについて述べる。

Claims (4)
- 回転軸を備えると共に、モータカバーの開口側に取り付けられるエンドキャップを備え、このエンドキャップと一体的に設けられ、かつモータカバーの底部から離れる側に向かって延伸する電源バスバーを備えるモータ部と、
ベーンを収納するベーン溝を備えると共に前記回転軸に連結されるロータを備え、外壁部と前記ベーンが摺動するカムリングとが一体的に設けられるポンププレートを備えるポンプ部と、
前記ポンプ部を前記モータ部とは反対側から覆うと共に、前記電源バスバーが差し込まれる差込凹部を囲むコネクタボックスを備えるカバーと、
を備え、
前記ポンププレートには、前記電源バスバーを挿通させることが可能な貫通孔が設けられていて、この貫通孔を挿通する前記電源バスバーには配線が挿通され、前記配線は前記貫通孔の先端側から突出していると共に、前記配線は前記差込凹部に設けられる接続部に対して電気的に接続され、
前記カバーは、コネクタカバーを有し、
前記コネクタカバーの内部空間には、外部のケーブルが差し込まれ、
前記カバーの内部には、一端側が前記接続部に電気的に接続されると共に他端側が前記コネクタカバーの内部空間に延出する導電部材が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 請求項1記載の電動ポンプであって、
前記ポンププレートには、前記カムリングの一部を外径側に膨出させた膨出部が設けられていて、当該膨出部には前記貫通孔が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 請求項1または2記載の電動ポンプであって、
前記カバーのいずれかの外壁部には、当該外壁部から外方に向かって延伸する延出部が設けられていて、
前記延出部からは前記コネクタカバーが延伸しており、
前記延出部の内部には、導電部材が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電動ポンプであって、
前記カバーには、前記接続部に対して電気的に接続されると共に前記モータ部における前記回転軸の駆動を制御する制御基板が取り付けられている、
ことを特徴とする電動ポンプ。
