Description
Claims (1)
- ジオポリマー組成物を製造する方法であって、
フライアッシュと高炉スラグの配合割合を変えた複数のフィラーを用い、各フィラーにアルカリ溶液と骨材とを混練して成形し、複数の供試体を製作し、養生後、各供試体の圧縮強度を測定して対応情報を得る工程と、
圧縮強度と配合割合とを対応付けた対応情報を参照して設定した圧縮強度を与える前記配合割合を決定する工程と、
フライアッシュと高炉スラグとを前記配合割合に従って計量し、フィラーを調整する工程と、
当該フィラーと、水ガラスと水酸化ナトリウムとを体積比として2:1〜3:1で含むアルカリ溶液と、骨材とを混練する工程と、
打設直後から蒸気養生を行い、脱型後24時間の蒸気養生にて硬化させることにより最大圧縮強度を与える工程と
を含む、ジオポリマー組成物を製造する方法。
