Claims (8)
- 充填すべき容器(1)内へ液体を放出する充填機構(12)を備えた、容器(1)を充填するための装置(10)であって、液体の充填レベル(5)を検査機構(25)を用いて検知可能であり、前記検査機構(25)がレーザービーム源(27)を含み、該レーザービーム源がレーザービームを前記容器(1)に対し指向させ、前記レーザービームが前記容器(1)を貫通して、前記容器(1)の、前記レーザービーム源(27)とは反対側で、少なくとも1つのセンサ要素(32)により検出される前記装置において、
前記充填レベル(5)を検査する際、前記容器(1)と前記少なくとも1つのセンサ要素(32)との間に、絞り(35)が配置されており、
前記絞り(35)が、アパーチャー(37)を有しており、
前記液体が澄んだ液体である場合に、前記容器(1)を貫通する前記レーザービームが、前記充填レベル(5)が前記容器(1)を貫通する前記レーザービームのレベルに達した状態で合焦する領域に、前記アパーチャー(37)が配置されており、または、前記液体がサスペンションである場合に、前記容器(1)を貫通する前記レーザービームが、前記充填レベル(5)が前記容器(1)を貫通する前記レーザービームのレベルに達する前の状態で合焦する領域に、前記アパーチャー(37)が配置されており、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサ要素(32)に入射する光線の強度変化に基づいて前記充填レベル(5)が検査されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ要素(32)は、1つであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記容器(1)と前記レーザービーム源(27)との間に、他の絞り(33)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記他の絞り(33)のアパーチャー(34)が容器首部(3)において前記容器(1)の直径に整合し、且つ該容器首部(3)と整列していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記レーザービームが、前記充填レベル(5)に対し平行に、または、前記容器(1)の長手軸線(8)に対し垂直に指向されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記レーザービームが、横断面にて丸い容器首部(3)の領域へ指向されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記レーザービームのための高さ調整装置(30)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)の使用方法であって、前記液体が液状薬品(2)であることを特徴とする、使用方法。
