Claims (1)
- 下水汚泥を含水率20重量%〜30重量%に調整する含水率調整手段と、該含水率調整手段により含水率が調整された下水汚泥をペレット状に圧縮成型して固形燃料を製造する圧縮成型機とを備えてなり、上記圧縮成型機として、バレル内に二個のスクリュー軸を回転自在に並設し、該スクリュー軸に相互に噛み合うスクリュー羽根を設け、該スクリュー軸の回転によって上記下水汚泥をスクリュー羽根の歯合空間で強制的に混練しつつダイスプレートに向けて移送圧縮し、該ダイスプレートに設けた複数個のノズル穴より排出し、該下水汚泥に含まれるバインダー成分及び摩擦熱によって下水汚泥を圧縮成型してペレット状の固形燃料を製造する構造を有し、上記含水率調整手段に上記下水汚泥を乾燥する汚泥乾燥機を有し、かつ、該含水率調整手段に上記下水汚泥に加水する汚泥加水装置を有し、上記下水汚泥に微粉炭を添加する粉炭添加装置を備えてなることを特徴とする下水汚泥の固形燃料化装置。
