Claims (3)
- 接着テープリボンを折り曲げてガラス基板縁部でのハンドリングタブとする装置において、
上流端部および下流端部であって、ガラス搬送経路が前記上流端部から前記下流端部まで搬送方向に延在している、上流端部および下流端部、
前記搬送方向に実質的に垂直なスピンドル回転軸を有した巻戻しスピンドルであって、巻回された接着テープリボンを支持している、巻戻しスピンドル、
前記ガラス搬送経路上に引き込まれた前記ガラス基板上へと前記接着テープリボンを折り曲げる、第1ウェッジと第2ウェッジとを備えている折曲げプラウであって、前記第1ウェッジの接触表面と前記第2ウェッジの接触表面との間に前記ガラス搬送経路が配置されるように、該第1ウェッジおよび第2ウェッジが位置付けられている、折曲げプラウ、
前記折曲げプラウの下流に位置付けられた、前記ガラス搬送経路上に引き込まれた前記ガラス基板に前記接着テープリボンをラミネートするための、第1ピンチローラ対であって、該第1ピンチローラ対が、前記搬送方向に実質的に垂直な回転軸を有している、第1ピンチローラおよび第2ピンチローラを備え、該第1ピンチローラおよび第2ピンチローラが、該第1ピンチローラと第2ピンチローラとの間に前記ガラス搬送経路が配置されるように位置付けられている、第1ピンチローラ対、および、
前記第1ピンチローラ対の下流に位置付けられた第2ピンチローラ対であって、該第2ピンチローラ対が、前記搬送方向に実質的に垂直な回転軸を有している、第3ピンチローラおよび第4ピンチローラを備え、該第3ピンチローラおよび第4ピンチローラが、該第3ピンチローラと第4ピンチローラとの間に前記ガラス搬送経路が配置されるように位置付けられている、第2ピンチローラ対、を備え、
前記ガラス搬送経路上に搬送された前記ガラス基板が前記第2ピンチローラ対を介して搬送されないように、前記第2ピンチローラ対が前記第1ピンチローラ対から軸方向に位置ずれしており、
前記第2ピンチローラ対が、前記ハンドリングタブの接着表面同士を互いに貼り合わせていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第1ウェッジの前記接触表面と前記第2ウェッジの前記接触表面との間の空間が前記搬送方向に先細になるように、前記第1ウェッジの前記接触表面および前記第2ウェッジの前記接触表面が、互いに対して傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ガラス搬送経路の少なくとも1部の上で前記ガラス基板を支持する、少なくとも1つの空気浮上装置をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
