本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様である蓄電装置に用いられる非水溶媒について説明する。
本実施の形態に記載のイオン液体の合成方法としては、種々の反応を適用することができる。例えば、以下に示す合成方法によって、一般式(G0)で表されるカチオンを含むイオン液体を合成することができる。ここでは一例として、合成スキームを参照して説明する。なお、本実施の形態に記載のイオン液体の合成方法は、以下の合成方法に限定されない。
本実施の形態に記載のイオン液体の合成方法としては、種々の反応を適用することができる。例えば、以下に示す合成方法によって、一般式(G1)で表されるカチオンを含むイオン液体を合成することができる。ここでは一例として、合成スキームを参照して説明する。なお、本実施の形態に記載のイオン液体の合成方法は、以下の合成方法に限定されない。
[コイン型蓄電池]
図1(A)は、コイン型(単層偏平型)の蓄電池の外観図であり、図1(B)は、その断面図である。
次に、円筒型の蓄電池の一例について、図2を参照して説明する。円筒型の蓄電池600は図2(A)に示すように、上面に正極キャップ(電池蓋)601を有し、側面および底面に電池缶(外装缶)602を有している。これら正極キャップ(電池蓋)601と電池缶(外装缶)602とは、ガスケット(絶縁パッキン)610によって絶縁されている。
次に、薄型の蓄電池の一例について、図3(A)を参照して説明する。薄型の蓄電池は、可撓性を有する構成とすれば、可撓性を有する部位を少なくとも一部有する電子機器に実装すれば、電子機器の変形に合わせて蓄電池も曲げることもできる。
100mL三口フラスコに1−メチルイミダゾール8.27g(101mmol)、2−クロロエチルプロピルエーテル13.4g(109mmol)、アセトニトリル5mLを加えた。この溶液を窒素気流下、80℃で6時間、100℃で8時間撹拌した。反応後、得られた溶液に酢酸エチルを加えて撹拌し、有機層を除去することで洗浄した。得られた水層にアセトニトリル100mL、活性炭5.27gを加え、20時間撹拌した。撹拌後、この水層をセライト(和光純薬工業株式会社、カタログ番号:537−02305)に通して吸引濾過し、濾液を濃縮した。得られた溶液に水を加え、水層を酢酸エチルで洗浄した。この水層を濃縮及び乾燥することで、目的物の黄色液体を収量17.0g、収率82%で得た。

100mLナスフラスコに1−メチル−3−(2−プロポキシエチル)イミダゾリウムクロリド17.0g(83.1mmol)、カリウムビス(フルオロスルホニル)アミド20.1g(91.7mmol)、水20mLを加えた。この溶液を室温で20時間撹拌した。反応後、得られた溶液に水を加え、水層をジクロロメタンで抽出した。得られた抽出溶液と有機層を合わせて水で洗浄し、有機層を硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥させた。この溶液を自然濾過により硫酸マグネシウムを取り除き、濾液を濃縮及び乾燥することで、目的物の黄色液体を収量26.2g、収率90%で得た。

100mL三口フラスコに1−メチルイミダゾール8.28g(101mmol)を加え、窒素気流下で0℃に冷却し、1−クロロ−4−メトキシブタン12.6g(103mmol)を加えた。この溶液を80℃で7時間撹拌した。反応後、得られた溶液に酢酸エチルを加えて撹拌し、有機層を除去することで洗浄した。得られた水層にアセトニトリル100mL、活性炭6.74gを加え、20時間撹拌した。撹拌後、この水層をセライト(和光純薬工業株式会社、カタログ番号:537−02305)に通して吸引濾過し、濾液を濃縮した。得られた溶液に水を加え、水層を酢酸エチルで洗浄した。この水層を濃縮及び乾燥することで、目的物の淡黄色液体を収量12.5g、収率60%で得た。

200mLナスフラスコに、1−(4−メトキシブチル)−3−メチルイミダゾリウムクロリド12.5g(61.2mmol)、カリウムビス(フルオロスルホニル)アミド13.9g(63.2mmol)、水30mLを加えた。この溶液を室温で91時間撹拌した。反応後、得られた溶液に水を加え、水層をジクロロメタンで抽出した。得られた抽出溶液と有機層を合わせて水で洗浄し、有機層を硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した。この溶液を自然ろ過により硫酸マグネシウムを取り除き、濾液を濃縮及び乾燥することで、目的物の透明液体を収量17.9g、収率83%で得た。

200mL三角フラスコに、1−ヘキシル−3−メチルイミダゾリウムブロミド22.7g(91.9mmol)、カリウムビス(フルオロスルホニル)アミド22.1g(101mmol)、水40mLを加えた。この溶液を室温で19時間撹拌した。反応後、得られた溶液をジクロロメタンで抽出した。得られた抽出溶液と有機層を合わせて水で洗浄し、有機層を硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した。この溶液を自然ろ過により硫酸マグネシウムを取り除き、濾液を濃縮及び乾燥することで、目的物の黄色液体を収量28.6g、収率89%で得た。

100mL三口フラスコに1−メチルイミダゾール8.23g(100mmol)、アセトニトリル5mLを加えた。この溶液を窒素気流下で0℃に冷却し、2−メトキシエトキシメチルクロリド12.5g(100mmol)を滴下した。滴下後、この溶液を室温まで昇温し、4日間撹拌した。反応後、得られた溶液に酢酸エチルを加えて撹拌し、有機層を除去することで洗浄した。得られた水層にアセトニトリル100mL、活性炭6.47gを加え、24時間撹拌した。撹拌後、この水層をセライトで吸引濾過し、濾液を濃縮した。得られた溶液に水を加え、水層を酢酸エチルで洗浄した。この水層を濃縮及び乾燥することで、目的物の透明液体を収量16.4g、収率79%で得た。

200mLナスフラスコに、3−(2−メトキシエトキシメチル)−3−メチルイミダゾリウムクロリド16.4g(79.3mmol)、カリウムビス(フルオロスルホニル)アミド19.2g(87.4mmol)、水30mLを加えた。この溶液を室温で17時間撹拌した。反応後、得られた溶液に水を加え、水層をジクロロメタンで抽出した。得られた抽出溶液と有機層を合わせて水で洗浄し、有機層を硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した。この溶液を自然ろ過により硫酸マグネシウムを取り除き、濾液を濃縮及び乾燥することで、目的物の透明液体を収量21.2g、収率76%で得た。

100mL三口フラスコに1−メチルイミダゾール7.25g(88.3mmol)、アセトニトリル5mL、1−ブロモ−2−(メトキシメトキシ)エタン10.2g(60.4mmol)を加えた。この溶液を窒素気流下、80℃で、7時間撹拌した。反応後、得られた溶液に酢酸エチルを加えて撹拌し、有機層を除去することで洗浄した。得られた水層にアセトニトリル100mL、活性炭6.69gを加え、3日間撹拌した。撹拌後、この水層をセライトに通して吸引濾過し、濾液を濃縮した。得られた溶液に水を加え、水層を酢酸エチルで洗浄した。この水層を濃縮及び乾燥することで、目的物の透明液体を収量13.2g、収率87%で得た。

200mLナスフラスコに、3−[2−(メトキシメトキシ)エチル]−1−メチルイミダゾリウムブロミド13.2g(52.7mmol)、カリウムビス(フルオロスルホニル)アミド12.8g(58.3mmol)、水30mLを加えた。この溶液を室温で17時間撹拌した。反応後、得られた溶液に水を加え、水層をジクロロメタンで抽出した。得られた抽出溶液と有機層を合わせて水で洗浄し、有機層を硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した。この溶液を自然ろ過により硫酸マグネシウムを取り除き、濾液を濃縮及び乾燥することで、目的物の透明液体を収量15.0g、収率81%で得た。

試料1乃至試料7は、外部端子として機能する筐体171および筐体172と、正極148と、負極150と、リング状絶縁体173と、セパレータ156、スペーサー181と、ワッシャー183とを有する。
次に、上記試料1乃至試料7の初回充放電について測定を行った。該測定は、充放電測定機(東洋システム社製)を用いて、試料1乃至試料7については、60℃の恒温槽で行った。また、該測定の充電方式は、定電流方式を採用し、概略0.1C(0.1mA/cm2)のレートで定電流充電を行った後、同じCレートで放電した。
試料8、試料9は、外部端子として機能する筐体171および筐体172と、正極148と、負極149と、リング状絶縁体173と、セパレータ156、スペーサー181と、ワッシャー183とを有する。
