Claims (2)
- スパイラル型エレメントを有し、クロスフロー方式による分離操作により供給水を透過水と濃縮水とに分離する複数の逆浸透膜モジュールであって、一の逆浸透膜モジュールにより分離された透過水を他の逆浸透膜モジュールにより透過水と濃縮水とに分離可能に直列に接続された複数の逆浸透膜モジュールと、
直列に接続された前記複数の逆浸透膜モジュールの最前段の前記逆浸透膜モジュールに向けて供給水を吐出する加圧ポンプと、を備え、
前記加圧ポンプは、前記複数の逆浸透膜モジュールの間には配置されず、前記複数の逆浸透膜モジュールの上流側に配置され、
前記逆浸透膜モジュールにより分離された透過水の流量に対する濃縮水の流量の比率を前記逆浸透膜モジュールにおける循環比としたときに、最前段に位置する前記逆浸透膜モジュールにおける循環比R1に対する、最後段に位置する前記逆浸透膜モジュールにおける循環比R2の比率R2/R1が、0.08≦R2/R1≦0.12の範囲となるように、供給水の流量、透過水の流量、及び濃縮水の流量のうちの少なくとも一つが設定される純水製造装置。 - 前記複数の逆浸透膜モジュールからの透過水を脱塩処理して脱塩水を得る電気脱イオンスタックを備える請求項1に記載の純水製造装置。
