Description
前記第2決定部は、入力電源が定格以下に減少した時点の前記電動機の入力電圧の周波数、再起動時点の前記電動機の入力電圧の周波数、及び、適切なトルクの発生に要する時間である補償値に基いて、当該適切なトルクが発生する時点の指令周波数を決定するとともに、前記指令周波数及び再起動時点の前記電動機の入力電圧の位相に基いて、再起動領域での前記指令電圧の位相を決定する、インバータ制御装置を提供する。
Claims (7)
- インバータシステムに備えられるインバータ制御装置において、
入力電源が定格以下に減少した時点の電動機の入力電圧の周波数を決定し、入力電源が回復した場合、再起動時点の前記電動機の入力電圧の大きさ、位相及び周波数を決定する第1決定部と、
前記再起動時点からインバータが所定の出力電圧に達する時点までの再起動領域において、指令電圧を決定して前記インバータに印加する第2決定部とを含み、
前記第2決定部は、入力電源が定格以下に減少した時点の前記電動機の入力電圧の周波数、再起動時点の前記電動機の入力電圧の周波数、及び、適切なトルクの発生に要する時間である補償値に基いて、当該適切なトルクが発生する時点の指令周波数を決定するとともに、前記指令周波数及び再起動時点の前記電動機の入力電圧の位相に基いて、再起動領域での前記指令電圧の位相を決定する、インバータ制御装置。 - 前記電動機の入力電圧を測定する電圧検出部と、
前記電圧検出部が測定した電動機の入力電圧を同期座標系上のd軸及びq軸電圧に変換し、前記第1決定部に提供する変換部とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。 - 前記第2決定部は、再起動時点での前記電動機の入力電圧の周波数から、再起動時点と入力電源が定格以下に減少した時点との間の電圧周波数の傾きにトルクの発生のための時間補償値をかけた値を差し引くことで再起動時点の指令周波数を決定する、請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記時間補償値は、前記電動機の時定数の1/4〜1/3の範囲内で決定される、請求項3に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記第2決定部は、再起動時点の前記電動機の入力電圧の位相に対して、指令周波数を時間によって積分した積分値を更に足すことで得られた値を前記指令電圧の位相として決定する、請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記第2決定部は、再起動時点の前記電動機の入力電圧の大きさに対応するように再起動時点の前記指令電圧の大きさを決定する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記第2決定部は、再起動時点の前記電動機の入力電圧の大きさに対して、予め設定された時間による電圧変化量を足すことで、再起動領域での前記指令電圧の大きさを決定する、請求項6に記載のインバータ制御装置。
