Description
Claims (11)
- 電動機を駆動するための電圧を出力するインバータにおいて、
前記電動機から出力される三相電流と前記インバータの周波数及びモータの定格電流の入力を受けて第1再起動電圧と第1再起動位相角を出力する第1再起動指令電圧発生部;
前記インバータから出力されるインバータ出力電圧の入力を受けて第2再起動電圧と第2再起動位相角を出力する第2再起動指令電圧発生部;及び
再起動モードフラグに応じて動作するスイッチ部であって、前記第1再起動電圧と前記第1再起動位相角及び前記第2再起動電圧と前記第2再起動位相角の入力を受け、再起動モードフラグの設定によって第1再起動電圧と第1再起動位相角又は第2再起動電圧と第2再起動位相角を出力するスイッチ部を含むインバータ。 - 前記インバータの周波数は、前記インバータを再起動させる再起動領域の開始点で測定された周波数である請求項1に記載のインバータ。
- 前記再起動領域で前記電動機が発生させることのできる最大負荷トルクと負荷トルクを計算する請求項2に記載のインバータ。
- 前記最大負荷トルクは、前記第2再起動電圧、前記電動機の最大定格電流と力率(Power factor)を乗じて再起動速度を除した値である請求項3に記載のインバータ。
- 前記負荷トルクは、前記インバータ出力電圧の大きさ、前記電動機のトルク分電流の大きさ及び前記第2再起動指令電圧発生部から出力される再起動速度を除した値である請求項3または4に記載のインバータ。
- 前記最大負荷トルクと前記負荷トルクを比較し、比較結果によって前記再起動モードフラグをセットする請求項3乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のインバータ。
- 前記最大負荷トルクが前記負荷トルクより大きい場合は、前記再起動モードフラグを1にセットし、前記スイッチ部は、前記第2再起動電圧及び前記第2再起動位相角を前記インバータに出力する請求項6に記載のインバータ。
- 前記最大負荷トルクが前記負荷トルクより小さい場合は、前記再起動モードフラグを0にセットし、前記スイッチ部は、前記第1再起動電圧及び前記第1再起動位相角を前記インバータに出力する請求項6または7に記載のインバータ。
- 前記第1再起動指令電圧発生部は、前記インバータの出力周波数の入力を受けて前記第1再起動電圧を生成する第1電圧生成部;及び
前記モータの定格電流と前記電動機から出力される三相電流の入力を受けて前記第1再起動位相角を生成する第1位相角生成部を含む請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のインバータ。 - 前記第1位相角生成部は、前記モータの定格電流と前記電動機から出力される三相電流を加算演算して出力する第1加算器;
前記第1加算器の出力結果を設定された利得により調節して出力する増幅器;及び
前記増幅器の出力結果を積分演算して前記第1再起動位相角で出力する第1積分器を含む請求項9に記載のインバータ。 - 前記第2再起動指令電圧発生部は、前記インバータから出力される電圧を測定する電圧センシング部;
前記電圧センシング部で測定された前記電圧の入力を受けて静止座標系上のd軸電圧及びq軸電圧を出力する電圧測定部;
前記d軸電圧及びq軸電圧の入力を受けて再起動電圧、再起動位相角及び再起動速度を出力する電圧及び位相検出部;及び
前記再起動電圧、前記再起動位相角及び前記再起動速度の入力を受けて前記第2再起動電圧と前記第2再起動位相角を出力する再起動電圧発生部を含む、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のインバータ。
