Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態に係る車両用駆動装置につき、図1乃至図8を参照して詳細に説明する。
図2は、駆動装置1の電動モータ11及び駆動力伝達装置12の構成例を示す断面図である。
ハウジング2は、減速機構3を構成する筒状の自転力付与部材30(後述)の他、リヤディファレンシャル4を収容する第1のハウジングエレメント20、電動モータ11を収容する第2のハウジングエレメント21、第2のハウジングエレメント21側に開口する第3のハウジングエレメント22、及び第3のハウジングエレメント22と第2のハウジングエレメント21との間に介在する第4のハウジングエレメント23を有し、これら第1乃至第4のハウジングエレメント20〜23が電動モータ11の回転軸線O1に沿って配置されている。以下、回転軸線O1に平行な方向を「軸線方向」という。
電動モータ11は、ステータ110,ロータ111及びモータ軸112を有している。また、電動モータ11は、ステータ110が制御装置10に接続され、制御装置10からモータ電流の供給を受けてロータ111を回転させる磁界を発生させる。ロータ111の内周側には、第2のハウジングエレメント21の内フランジ211の中心部を軸線方向に貫通するモータ軸112が固定されている。ステータ110は、第2のハウジングエレメント21の内フランジ211にボルト113によって固定されている。
図3は軸線方向から見た減速機構3の構成を示す説明図である。
リヤディファレンシャル4は、デフケース40と、デフケース40に固定されたピニオンギヤシャフト41と、ピニオンギヤシャフト41に回転可能に支持された一対のピニオンギヤ42と、一対のピニオンギヤ42に噛合する一対の出力部材としてのサイドギヤ43とを有するベベルギヤ式の差動歯車機構からなる。リヤディファレンシャル4は、この構成により、減速機構3で減速された電動モータ11のトルクを左右の後輪107L,107Rに差動を許容して伝達する。
連結機構5は、電動モータ50と、電動モータ50の駆動力によって軸線方向に沿って進退移動する円筒状のスリーブ51と、電動モータ50の駆動力を軸線方向の移動力に変換してスリーブ51に伝達する歯車伝達機構52とを有している。電動モータ50は、制御装置10(図1に示す)によって制御され、制御装置10から供給される電流の向きによって回転方向が変化する。連結機構5は、スリーブ51の進退移動により、第1中間シャフト44と、第1中間シャフト44と同軸上で相対回転可能な第2中間シャフト45とを連結可能である。
制御装置10は、駆動力伝達装置12を連結状態から遮断状態に切り替えるとき、第1中間シャフト44(スリーブ51)から第2中間シャフト45に電動モータ11のトルクが伝達されるドライブ状態において電動モータ11のトルクを低減し、この電動モータ11のトルクを低減した状態で連結機構5を制御して駆動力伝達装置12を連結状態から遮断状態に切り替える。次に、この制御装置10による具体的な処理の一例について、フローチャートを参照して説明する。
以上説明した実施の形態によれば、次に示す効果が得られる。
Claims (2)
- 車両の駆動力としてのトルクを発生するモータと、
前記モータのトルクを車輪に伝達する駆動力伝達装置と、
前記モータ及び前記駆動力伝達装置を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記駆動力伝達装置は、前記モータ側の第1回転部材と前記車輪側の第2回転部材とを相対回転不能に連結して前記モータのトルクを前記車輪に伝達する連結状態と、前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材との連結が遮断された遮断状態とを切り替え可能な連結機構を有し、
前記連結機構は、前記第1回転部材及び前記第2回転部材の軸線方向に沿って進退移動可能な移動部材を有し、前記第1回転部材及び前記第2回転部材のうち一方に設けられた凹部と前記移動部材に設けられた凸部との噛み合いにより、前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材とを連結する噛み合いクラッチであり、
前記制御装置は、前記駆動力伝達装置を前記連結状態から前記遮断状態に切り替えるとき、前記第1回転部材から前記第2回転部材に前記モータのトルクが伝達されるドライブ状態において前記モータのトルクを低減し、前記モータのトルクを低減した状態で前記連結機構を制御して前記駆動力伝達装置を前記連結状態から前記遮断状態に切り替え、前記連結機構の制御による前記連結状態から前記遮断状態への切り替えが不成立であったとき、再度、前記第1回転部材から前記第2回転部材に前記モータのトルクが伝達されるドライブ状態とした後に前記モータのトルクを低減し、前記モータのトルクを低減した状態で前記連結機構を制御して前記駆動力伝達装置を前記連結状態から前記遮断状態に切り替える、
車両用駆動装置。 - 前記駆動力伝達装置は、前記車両の左車輪及び右車輪にこれら両車輪の差動を許容して前記モータのトルクを伝達する差動歯車機構を備え、
前記第1回転部材は、前記差動歯車機構の一対の出力部材のうち一方の出力部材に連結され、
前記第2回転部材は、前記左車輪及び前記右車輪のうち、前記一方の出力部材を介して前記モータのトルクが伝達される車輪に連結されている、
