Description
装置:
a.マイクロ波硝化システム(Microwave Lab Station)。
b.ICP発光分光分析装置(Inductively Coupled Plasma Optima Optical Emission Spectrometer、ICP−OES)。
テスト方法:
1.ベークされた金属担持の炭素材料を50mg〜80mg取り、マイクロ波硝化ボトルに置いて、1mlの塩酸、5mlの硫酸、1mlのフッ化水素酸及び1mlの硝酸からなる硝化液を加え、硝化液を添加した後、硝化ボトルを密封する。
2.硝化ボトル(少なくとも4本)をマイクロ波硝化機に対称的に置いて、硝化を行う。
3.マイクロ波硝化を完成した後、そのまま3〜4時間置いて、室温まで温度を下げた時、硝化ボトルを取り出す。
4.40号のフィルターペーパーで硝化液を濾過し、濾液をポリプロピレン遠心瓶に注入し、脱イオン水で50mlまで定量し、続いて冷蔵室に置いて冷蔵する。
5.検量線として、ICP−OES専用の金属標準液0ppm、0.05ppm、0.1ppm、0.5ppm、1ppm、3ppm及び5ppmを用意する。
6.ICP−OESで測定しようとする溶液を計測し、サンプル毎に3〜5回計測し、平均値を取り、その後のテスト結果を影響しないように計測した度に希硝酸及び脱イオン水で交互に数分間洗浄する。
装置:
冷陰極電界放射走査型電子顕微鏡及びエネルギー分散型分光計(Cold Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer)。
テスト方法:
炭素テープで適当なサイズの金属担持の炭素材料をステージ(直径2.5cm)に固定し、80℃の加熱プレートに置いて1時間ベークする。10〜15kvの加速電圧を利用し、5000〜400000倍の拡大倍率で炭素材料の表面を観察する。金属を担持する炭素材料の表面形態を観察するので、金メッキはしない。
装置:真密度計(Accupyc 1330 Pycnometwr)
方法:べークされたサンプルを真密度計の容器内に入れ、且つサンプルの重量を測り、真密度計内に高圧ヘリウムガスを導入し、平衡状態に達した後で、理想気体の状態方程式(PV=nRT)によってサンプルの体積を算出でき、それによってサンプル密度の平均値が得られる。
装置:比表面積測定装置(Micromeritics ASAP2020)
テスト方法:サンプルを高温(360℃)で真空にした(Degasを行なう)後、吸着気体(窒素ガス)を充填し、実験温度と圧力をそれぞれ77Kと760mm−Hgに固定する。
活性炭繊維布(BET値が1050m2/gである)を原料とし、該活性炭繊維布を0.01Mの硝酸銀水溶液に含浸するとともに50rpmの回転速で2時間攪拌する。その後、脱水し、且つ120℃でベークして水相を除去した。
活性炭繊維布(BET値が1050m2/gである)を原料とし、該活性炭繊維布を0.01Mの硝酸銀水溶液に含浸するとともに50rpmの回転速で5時間攪拌する。その後、脱水し、且つ120℃でベークして水相を除去する。
活性炭繊維布(BET値が1050m2/gである)を原料とし、その真密度が2.07g/cm3であり、炭素含有量が85.0wt%であり、酸素含有量が10.3wt%である。
最初の菌濃度(B):菌液が1分間振動後の菌濃度である。
減菌率R(%):100(B−A)/B=R。
注.2.0 E+2が200を示し、1.3 E+4が13000を示し、他はこれに従って類推すればよい。
注.サンプルの各検体の重量は0.1gである。
培養後の菌数(A):テストサンプルを37℃で18−24時間培養後の菌数である。
減菌率R(%):100(B−A)/B=R。
注.2.0 E+2が200を示し、1.3 E+4が13000を示し、他はこれにしたがって類推すればよい。
注.減菌率の値が0<R≦100である場合、減菌效果を有することを示す。
減菌率R(%)の値が0より小さい場合、減菌效果のないことを示す。
最初の菌濃度(B):菌液が1分間振動後の菌濃度。
減菌率R(%):100(B−A)/B=R。
注.2.0 E+2が200を示し、1.3 E+4が13000を示し、他はこれに従って類推すればよい。
注.サンプルの各検体の重量が0.2gである。

Claims (2)
- 中空の螺子軌道を有する吸液性炭素基体と、
少なくとも一部分の少なくとも1つの前記吸液性炭素基体に担持された少なくとも2種類の貴金属であって、前記少なくとも2種類の貴金属はAg,Au、Pd、Pt、Cu,Al、Ni、Co、Zn、Znの化合物、Si、Ca、Ti、Cr及びその組合せであり、前記少なくとも2種類の貴金属はAgとCuとを含み、前記AgとCuとは少なくとも1つの吸液性炭素基体の1wt%以下の含有量であり、前記Cuの粒径は100乃至500nmであり、前記Agの粒径は10乃至200nmであるものと、
少なくとも一部分の前記吸液性炭素基体の外に包覆された表面層と
を備える女性用衛生用品であって、
当該女性用衛生用品はさらに吸収体を備え、前記吸収体の中や表面には更に貴金属を担持し
前記貴金属はAg、Cu及びそれらの組合せであり、
前記吸収体には突出したボルトが設けられ、前記ボルトの螺子が前記吸液性炭素基体における中空螺子軌道と対応し、ユーザーが必要に応じて前記吸収体を前記ボルトにより前記吸液性炭素基体と結合することができる、
女性用衛生用品。 - 前記貴金属のうち、前記Agの粒径は50乃至200nmであり、前記Cuの粒径は100乃至500nmである、請求項1に記載の女性用衛生用品。
