Description
Claims (12)
- 貯蔵部と、前記貯蔵部から液体の一部を使用時に受け取るための噴霧化室と、前記噴霧化室に結合され、液体の一部を振動させるための振動手段と、前記噴霧化室に受け取られた液体の一部を前記貯蔵部に含まれる液体の一部と使用時に交換するための液体交換手段と、前記噴霧化室及び/又は前記貯蔵部に含まれる液体の温度を測定するための温度検知手段とを有し、
測定された温度が予め定められた閾値よりも高い場合、前記液体交換手段内の能動部品を動作させて液体の温度を低下させると共に、
前記噴霧化室と前記貯蔵部との間の液体交換による温度の低下が不十分な場合、測定された温度に依存して冷却手段を動作させる、
液体を霧状にするためのエアゾール生成装置。 - 前記液体交換手段が前記貯蔵部と前記噴霧化室との間に結合される少なくとも一つのチャネルを有する、請求項1に記載のエアゾール生成装置。
- 前記液体交換手段が、前記貯蔵部から前記噴霧化室への液体の一部を使用時に供給するための供給チャネルと、前記噴霧化室から前記貯蔵部への液体の一部を供給するための戻りチャネルとを有する、請求項1に記載のエアゾール生成装置。
- 前記液体交換手段内の前記能動部品がポンプ手段を有する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のエアゾール生成装置。
- 前記ポンプ手段が前記振動手段の制御に依存して動作する、請求項4に記載のエアゾール生成装置。
- 前記液体交換手段が、前記噴霧化室に受け取られた液体の一部の温度を低下させるための前記冷却手段を有する、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のエアゾール生成装置。
- 前記噴霧化室は、液体が前記振動手段とメッシュとの間のスペースにおいて受け取られるように設けられ、前記振動手段は、前記スペースに含まれる液体に振動を生じさせ、前記メッシュは、振動の結果として、小さな液滴の噴霧として前記噴霧化室に受け取られた液体の一部を分散させるための複数の開口部を持つ、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のエアゾール生成装置。
- 使用時に、前記貯蔵部と前記噴霧化室との相対的な位置の高さの違いが、重力の結果として前記貯蔵部から前記噴霧化室への液体の流れを引き起こす、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のエアゾール生成装置。
- 前記貯蔵部は、計量室及びオーバフロー室を有し、前記計量室は霧状にされる液体のボリュームを定め、前記計量室は、液体が前記エアゾール生成装置の外から前記計量室に注入されて、過度のボリュームの液体が前記オーバフロー室に保持されるように設けられ、前記噴霧化室は、前記計量室から液体の一部を受け取るように設けられ、前記計量室と前記噴霧化室との間で液体の一部を交換する、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載のエアゾール生成装置。
- 貯蔵部から受け取られる液体の一部を霧状にするための噴霧化室を有するエアゾール生成装置で霧状にされる液体の温度制御の方法であって、前記貯蔵部に液体を充填するステップと、前記噴霧化室において液体の一部を受け取るステップと、液体の一部の霧状化を制御するために振動手段を制御するステップと、前記貯蔵部と前記噴霧化室との間で、前記噴霧化室に受け取られた液体の一部を前記貯蔵部に含まれる液体の一部と交換するステップとを有する方法であって、前記方法は、更に、
前記噴霧化室及び/又は前記貯蔵部に含まれる液体の温度を測定するステップを有し、
前記噴霧化室に受け取られた液体の一部を交換するステップは測定された温度に依存し、
前記噴霧化室と前記貯蔵部との間の液体交換による温度の低下が不十分な場合、測定された温度に依存して冷却手段を動作させる、
方法。 - 前記噴霧化室に受け取られた液体の一部を交換するステップが、更に前記振動手段の制御に依存する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記交換するステップが、前記噴霧化室から戻りチャネルを介して前記貯蔵部への液体の流れを生成するステップを含む、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
