Claims (10)
- 圧力弁であって、該圧力弁が、弁ハウジング(2)を備えており、該弁ハウジング(2)内にばね受け(42)が配置されており、弁ハウジング(2)は閉鎖エレメント(36)によって閉鎖されており、該ばね受け(42)に、弁体(6)を所定のばね力で押圧する弁ばね(10)が支持されており、ばね受け(42)が、前記ばね力を調整するための調整スピンドル(34)を介して移動可能である圧力弁において、
調整スピンドル(34)が、弁ハウジング(2)内に移動可能に配置された、ばね受け(42)に結合されたスピンドル軸部(40)と、閉鎖エレメント(36)内に螺入可能な調整ねじ(38)と、によって2つの部材から形成されており、調整ねじ(38)とスピンドル軸部(40)とが、互いに相対的にその周方向に運動可能であり、スピンドル軸部(40)が、ばね受け(42)と一緒に調整ねじ(38)を介して軸方向に移動可能であり、
スピンドル軸部(40)が、閉鎖エレメント(36)内にガイドされたガイド区分(46)と、該ガイド区分(46)に対して半径方向に段状に引っ込められた、調整ねじ(38)によって取囲み可能である端区分(68)とを有していることを特徴とする、圧力弁。 - スピンドル軸部(40)が、閉鎖エレメント(36)内に密にガイドされている、請求項1記載の圧力弁。
- ばね受け(42)が、弁体(6)から離れる方向への移動ストロークを制限するための、閉鎖エレメント(36)に接触可能な肩部(54)を有している、請求項1または2記載の圧力弁。
- ばね受け(42)とスピンドル軸部(40)とが、一体に形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の圧力弁。
- 調整ねじ(38)が、軸方向の穴(70)を有しており、該穴(70)内にスピンドル軸部(40)の前記端区分(68)が導入可能である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の圧力弁。
- 前記穴(70)が、盲穴である、請求項5記載の圧力弁。
- 調整ねじ(38)とスピンドル軸部(40)とが、互いに軸方向で係合するように形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の圧力弁。
- 前記係合のために、調整ねじ(38)の前記穴(70)に、張り出した突出部(90)が形成されていて、スピンドル軸部(40)の前記端区分(68)に、張り出した突出部(86)が形成されている、請求項5又は6を引用する請求項7記載の圧力弁。
- スピンドル軸部(40)の前記端区分(68)にガイドピン(72)が形成されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の圧力弁。
- スピンドル軸部(40)が、調整ねじ(38)の一方の端面(76)を介して軸方向に移動可能である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の圧力弁。
