Claims (13)
- 検知領域(13)を有する導電層(3)を含む、静電容量式又は電磁誘導式の接触検知を行う接触検知膜(1)と、
前記接触検知膜(1)に電気的な励起信号を供給し、前記接触検知膜(1)から電気的な応答信号(18,18a,18b)を受信する回路手段(8,9,10,19)と、
接触を検出するために前記電気的な応答信号(18,18a,18b)を処理する処理手段(16)と、を含み、
前記検知領域(13)は、前記導電層(3)上の複数の接触領域(11)を介して前記回路手段(8,9,10,19)に電気的に接続され、前記接触領域(11)は、前記検知領域(13)を取り囲む境界線(12)を規定し、前記境界線(12)に沿う方向が定められたとき、二つの隣接する接触領域(11)の中心間の平均距離は、この方向における前記接触領域(11)の平均幅の少なくとも10倍であり、
前記接触領域は、前記検知領域の各辺の両端の接触領域の間に複数有り、
前記検知領域(13)における前記導電層(3)のシート抵抗は、3kΩ以上であることを特徴とする接触検知装置(20)。 - 前記検知領域(13)における前記導電層(3)のシート抵抗は、5から100kΩの範囲であり、好ましくは10から50kΩの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触検知装置(20)。
- 前記導電層(3)は、前記検知領域(13)のほぼ全体に亘って固体構造として延びることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の接触検知装置(20)。
- 前記検知領域(13)は、第1のシート抵抗を有する少なくとも1つの第1のサブ領域(21)と、前記第1のシート抵抗から外れる第2のシート抵抗を有する少なくとも1つの第2のサブ領域(22)と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の接触検知装置(20)。
- 前記導電層(3)は、高アスペクト比分子構造(HARMS)網を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の接触検知装置(20)。
- 前記接触検知膜(1)は、三次元表面に沿って前記接触検知膜の曲げを許容するようなフレキシブル構造として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の接触検知装置(20)。
- 前記接触検知膜(1)は、三次元表面に沿って前記接触検知膜の変形を許容するような変形可能構造として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の接触検知装置(20)。
- 前記接触検知膜(1)は、光学的に透明であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の接触検知装置(20)。
- 前記回路手段(8,9,10,19)は、導電層(3)の検知領域(13)へ電気的な励起信号(17)を供給し、同一の前記検知領域(13)から電気的な応答信号(18,18a,18b)を受信するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の接触検知装置(20)。
- 前記処理手段(16)は、位相変位における接触が生成する変化に基づいて前記検知領域(13)内での接触を検出するために前記応答信号(18,18a,18b)と前記励起信号(17)との間での前記位相変位を判定するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の接触検知装置(20)。
- 前記接触領域(11)の数及び配置は、各接触領域(11)対の前記接触領域(11)の中心間での前記検知領域(13)に亘る真っ直ぐな接続線(14)を定めたときに、前記検知領域(13)内に前記接続線(14)の複数の交点(15)が存在するように選択されることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の接触検知装置(20)。
- 前記接触検知装置は、ハプティックフィードバックを提供する手段を含む請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の接触検知装置(20)。
- 前記接触検知装置は、前記導電層(3)を通じてハプティックフィードバックを提供する手段を含む請求項12に記載の接触検知装置(20)。
