Abstract
Description
なお、本実施形態において、「陶器」とは、有機物を含む土を主原料として構成されたものである。したがって、本実施形態における「陶器」の概念には、当然ながら、陶石を砕いたものや有機物の含有量が少ない土を主原料とした「磁器」は含んでいない。
また、以下の説明では、本実施形態における製造工程が完了する前の製品つまり図1のステップS11〜S20の工程途中の製品を「中間品」と称し、図1のステップS11〜S20を全て完了した製品を「完成品」と称する。
この実施形態による陶器の製造方法によれば、図4や図5に示すように、表面に極めて特徴的な紋様を有した意匠性の高い陶器を得ることができる。
Claims (3)
- 成型及び素焼きした後の中間品にラスター液を塗布する第1塗布工程と、
前記第1塗布工程を経た前記中間品にマーブル液又はクラックル液を塗布する第2塗布工程と、
前記第2塗布工程を経た前記中間品を酸化焼成する第1焼成工程と、
前記第1焼成工程を経た前記中間品を前記第1焼成工程における酸化焼成よりも低い温度で還元焼成する第2焼成工程と、
を含む陶器の製造方法。 - 前記第1焼成工程は、1100℃〜1200℃で酸化焼成する工程であり、
前記第2焼成工程は、900℃〜1000℃で還元焼成する工程である、
請求項1に記載の陶器の製造方法。 - 前記ラスター液は、金属レジネートを含有し、
前記マーブル液及び前記クラックル液は、エタノールを含有している、
請求項1又は2に記載の陶器の製造方法。
