Description
前記湿式内装構造作製工程において作製した湿式内装構造の前記湿式建材の含水率が8質量%以上40質量%以下の範囲において、前記湿式内装構造を引張り強度試験に供する引張り強度試験工程を有することを特徴とする湿式内装構造の引張り強度測定方法を提供する。
[第1の実施形態]
本実施形態では、本発明の湿式内装構造(湿式仕上げ構造)の引張り強度測定方法について説明する。
ここまで説明してきた湿式内装構造作製工程と、引張り強度測定工程については、実験室等で湿式内装構造の各部材を選定するために行う場合と、施工現場において施工状況を評価するために行う場合とで、その手順が一部異なっていてもよい。
[第2の実施形態]
本発明の実施形態では、湿式内装構造の施工方法について説明する。
[実施例1]
本実施例では、湿式建材の含水率の変化による引張り強度の変化の検討を行った。以下に具体的な実験手順を説明する。本実施例においては、例1−1〜例1−3の試験体について検討を行った。
[実施例2]
本実施例においては、湿式建材の含水率が8質量%以上40質量%以下の範囲において測定した試験体の引張り強度と、実際に施工を行った際に剥離を生じる湿式内装構造の構成との関係について検討を行った。

Claims (8)
- 下地層の表面にプライマーを塗布、乾燥してプライマー層を形成し、該プライマー層表面に水で混練した反応硬化型の湿式建材を塗り付ける、湿式内装構造作製工程と、
前記湿式内装構造作製工程において作製した湿式内装構造の前記湿式建材の含水率が8質量%以上40質量%以下の範囲において、前記湿式内装構造を引張り強度試験に供する引張り強度試験工程を有することを特徴とする湿式内装構造の引張り強度測定方法。 - 前記湿式建材は、石膏を主材とする接着剤または塗り壁材、もしくは、セメントを主材とする樹脂モルタルであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の湿式内装構造の引張り強度測定方法。
- 前記引張り強度試験工程における引張強度が0.05N/mm 2 以上の強度であることを確認する工程をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の湿式内装構造の引張り強度測定方法。
- 下地層の表面にプライマーを塗布、乾燥してプライマー層を形成後、該プライマー層表面に水で混練した反応硬化型の湿式建材を塗り付ける湿式内装構造の施工方法であって、
請求項1記載の湿式内装構造の引張り強度測定方法により、湿式内装構造の引張り強度を測定し、引張り強度が0.05N/mm2以上であることを確認することを特徴とする湿式内装構造の施工方法。 - 前記プライマーの粘度が1000mPa・s以上5000mPa・s以下であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の湿式内装構造の施工方法。
- 前記プライマーに含まれる樹脂の平均粒子径が0.001μm以上10μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の湿式内装構造の施工方法。
- 前記湿式建材は、石膏を主材とする接着剤または塗り壁材、もしくは、セメントを主材とする樹脂モルタルであることを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の湿式内装構造の施工方法。
- 下地層と、前記下地層の表面にプライマー層と、前記プライマー層の表面に湿式建材層と、を有する湿式内装構造であって、
請求項1記載の湿式内装構造の引張り強度測定方法により、前記湿式内装構造の引張り強度を測定した場合に、引張り強度が0.05N/mm 2 以上であることを特徴とする湿式内装構造。
