Claims (12)
- 電子デバイス用タッチスクリーンアセンブリにおいて、前記タッチスクリーンアセンブリが、
第1の熱膨張係数CTE1を有するイオン交換強化ガラスを含む封止ガラスであって、少なくとも前記封止ガラスの表面の裏側になる前記封止ガラスの下面上に複数のタッチセンサ電極が形成されている、封止ガラス、
デバイス面、下面及び第2の熱膨張係数CTE2を有するイオン可換ガラスを含む、バックプレーンガラスであって、前記第2の熱膨張係数CTE2は前記第1の熱膨張係数CTE1の±15.0×10−7/℃以内にあり、前記バックプレーンガラスの前記デバイス面はフリットシールにより前記封止ガラスの前記下面に接合されて気密封着され、前記フリットシールは前記封止ガラスの前記下面と前記バックプレーンガラスの前記デバイス面の間にデバイス領域を囲包するものである、バックプレーンガラス、
前記デバイス領域内の前記バックプレーンガラスの前記デバイス面上に被着された、前記第2の熱膨張係数CTE2の±15.0×10−7/℃以内にある第3の熱膨張係数CTE3を有する、金属酸化物薄膜トランジスタのアレイ、及び
前記バックプレーンガラスの前記デバイス面上の前記デバイス領域内において前記金属酸化物薄膜トランジスタのアレイに重ねて形成されたOLED素子のアレイ、
を有することを特徴とするタッチスクリーンアセンブリ。 - 前記封止ガラスが少なくとも30μmの層深さ及び500MPa以上の圧縮応力を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリ。
- 前記金属酸化物薄膜トランジスタのアレイが、前記第2の熱膨張係数CTE2の±10.0×10−7/℃以内にある、第3の熱膨張係数CTE3を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリ。
- 前記封止ガラスが約0.5mmから約0.7mmの第1の厚さT1を有し、前記バックプレーンガラスが約0.1mm以下の第2の厚さT2を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の熱膨張係数CTE2が、前記第1の熱膨張係数CTE1の±10.0×10−7/℃以内にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の熱膨張係数CTE1が前記第2の熱膨張係数CTE2と同じであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリ。
- 前記封止ガラス及び前記バックプレーンガラスが、アルカリアルミノケイ酸ガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも前記バックプレーンガラスの前記デバイス面が脱アルカリされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリ。
- 前記バックプレーンガラスの前記デバイス面及び前記下面が無アルカリであるように、前記バックプレーンガラスが、上部及び下部の無アルカリガラスクラッドの間に配置されたアルカリ含有ガラスコアを有する積層ガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリ。
- 円偏光子をさらに有し、前記複数のタッチセンサ電極が前記円偏光子と前記封止ガラスの前記下面の間に配置されるように、前記円偏光子が前記封止ガラスの前記下面に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリ。
- 前記バックプレーンガラスの前記デバイス面に気密封着される、ガラススペーサフレームをさらに有してなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリ。
- 前記封止ガラスの前記下面の周縁に隣接して被着された周縁フリットをさらに有し、前記周縁フリットが前記封止ガラスの前記下面及び前記フリットシールに気密封着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリ。
