Description
この発明の実施の形態1では、イメージセンサの構成、及びイメージセンサの製造方法を説明する。本願明細書において、読取対象とは、光源から発せられる照射光を受けることにより、イメージセンサから画像として読み取られる被照射体である。本願明細書において、読取対象の搬送とは、読取対象自体が搬送される場合に加え、読取対象に対してイメージセンサ自体が副走査方向に動く場合も含む。
第一透明板2は、シール3によって、開口1fに固定される。
この発明の実施の形態2では、イメージセンサの構成、及びイメージセンサの製造方法を説明する。
Claims (4)
- 被照射体に照射され、前記被照射体で反射した光を集束する結像光学系と、
前記結像光学系で集束された光を受光する受光部と、
前記受光部が載置されているセンサ基板と、
主走査方向に延在する段差部と、前記段差部を挟んで、副走査方向に配置された本体部及び筐体取付部と、前記段差部の側面に形成され、前記センサ基板の副走査方向の一端側が当接する基準面と、を有し、前記センサ基板が前記本体部に接着されることにより、前記センサ基板を保持する基板保持板と、
前記筐体取付部がネジによって締結されることにより、前記基板保持板を固定又は保持する筐体と、
を備えるイメージセンサ。 - 前記センサ基板の副走査方向の他端側に当接する一端側と、前記基板保持板よりも副走査方向に延伸している他端側とを有し、前記基板保持板に載置され、前記受光部を駆動させるセンサ駆動基板を備えた請求項1に記載のイメージセンサ。
- 前記基板保持板は、前記受光部の裏側に突出部を有する請求項1又は2に記載のイメージセンサ。
- 前記突出部は、主走査方向に延在している請求項3に記載のイメージセンサ。
